The food is very good and everything arrives to the table very quickly. It's a bit too 'communal' for me as you get seated extremely close to other customers and the smell of fragrance or cleaning solution was really overpowering. There were a lot of tuna options on the menu and a lot of the sides are fried so we chose healthier, vegetarian options which were really good. Uni is very sweet, all the fish is fresh. It’s a bit pricy, in average 15$ for each nigiri. They designed the nigiri with layers of fish / uni / roes and rich flavors. For a walk-in I had to wait for 40 mins though to get bar seats, recommend reservations in advance.
Incredible quality, freshness, flavors and service. This is the pinnacle of Japanese sushi and trying their food is purely non-negotiable. Thank you for an amazing anniversary experience!
