Excellent and flavorful food with charming staff. The three of us were going to split our entrees but once my son tasted his he wouldn't part with it.

The most amazing vegan food ever! We stopped here, two mornings in a row when we were visiting in July. The people in the truck are friendly, the food is amazing and was ready quickly, and there was a very cute spot to sit! We have been looking forward to coming back for a long time and hope to be back in a few weeks.

The menu here is fantastic! Well crafted dishes that are quite different from other food trucks. The mushroom biscuits and gravy are amazing!

The best biscuits and gravy I've ever had, and the second best griddle potatoes I've ever eaten! Sorry Uncle Dwayne still takes number one, but he's family. This place is amazing, and will impress even meat eaters! I treat myself to this place at least once a month, and it feels like the first time every time!Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian friendly, it's a vegan food cart.

WOW. Easily, the best sandwich I have ever had in my life. I used to have a healthy relationship with sandwiches when I was a kid, but the past couple of years of my life I have struggled to be happy with a sandwich. I usually go out of my way to NOT order a Sando. But, this week I was checking out this food cart's menu, and once i read the description for their "BARB-B-Que Eggplant Po' Boy Sandwich" I knew I had to try it. And, I am glad that I did. Everything was perfect and satisfying, the "insides" or guts of the sandwich was perfect, nothing was on there that I didn't care for, or that I needed to try to substitute or remove or anything. I have been going through an Eggplant Phase, when slightly fried and breaded or baked, but not overly cheesy like an "eggplant Parmesan" so this sandwich contents filled that delicious desire! And, usually my struggle is too much mayonaise, or some sort of "white sauce" but this place is vegan, so i didn't have to worry about that. And, the amount of sauce was delicious instead of disgusting like other places. Their description of the sandwich on the website says: "Our version of the classic: New Orleans sandwich: crispy grilled eggplant, Barb's House BBQ sauce, smoked remounted & jicama slaw on focaccia hoagie. Oh yeah,a the hoagie or the bread was amazing!! It is not dry, and it is really flavorful. Everything comes together really well, and leaves nothing to be desired. And, I am not typically a "big lunch" person either, maybe that is because I am not a "sandwich person" usually either, but this sandwich was the highlight of my day! I am lucky enough to be visiting, and could pop over with a 3 minute walk to pick up our order from the food cart. I am grateful I got to experience this sandwich and food cart, and highly recommend it to anyone who is nearby. Their food cart is in the alley that is parallel to Newport Ave, behind "The Mercantile". I also ordered a breakfast burrito for my hubby and he was very pleased with his food (although no pictures of his) but he enjoyed it!

If you are vegan or vegetarian, then head to A Broken Angel. They offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian options, which is rare in Bend. The food cart is behind the pantry, due to their collaboration one is good to occupy seats at the pantry and eat food there.Placing the order was super easily, quality of food is amazing; portion size is great as well.

I first started getting food from this food cart in 2018, and Rich and Barb continue to do an awesome job. The flavors and spice pairings are exceptional!I'm not actually vegan. The food is simply excellent!Personally, I recommend the grilled breakfast burrito. It's sizable and delicious.Vegetarian options: It's a vegan food cart. :) Yes, that includes vegetarian dishes.

Rich and Barb know what they’re doing and it’s been my favorite food in Bend since the moment I first took a bite into their mt bachelor scramble years ago. I love bringing friends and family here and am always impressed that no matter what the day or time the food is always mind blowing. To support this place is to support local chefs, responsible food, and above all damn good people. ??

Breakfast burritos are huge!!! Plenty to share with another person. My only complaint is I wish they had hot sauce to add on. Definitely healthy, high quality food and ingredients.
