My family and I have been coming here for years. It has become somewhat a family tradition. When visiting family comes from out of town, this is our spot! We love their chicken and spuds. Pizza is always great!

The kids were using the claw machine and a couple of the machines either stole our money or malfunctioned and we lost four bucks into them. My wife talked to the manager, who said we’d have to contact the company who makes the machines to get our money back. Which was not that big of a deal. But when I came out I tried to talk to him again so I could see if he wanted to put a sign up so no one else lost any money on those machines and all the sudden the employees couldn’t find him in the back. He must have been hiding. But he was walking around a few minutes later, but I didn’t want to waste my time at that point. Sad how little some people seem to care. Foods pretty good though.

My very first time having Abby's legendary pizza, it was simply amazing. The pizza and the staff was really nice and I look forward to coming back to the restaurant in the future.

Had a reservation, but mixed our group up with a different group. They brought pizzas out immediately, but they belonged to the other group and not ours. We tried to tell them that they mixed up and brought the pizzas out to the wrong group but were mad at us, as if we made the mistake. They made us pay for the two pizzas that were brought out to us, but also took them over an hour to almost complete our orders, but people in my group had to still ask for a refund on items that never came. Don't spend your money or time here. Sorry.

Wow we had arrived at Abby's because my husband loves this place, we arrived I think at 9.30 pm almost at the time they closed and practically voted for my husband, my pet and my friend because they were more important than us who bought and who arrived at Abby's with the illusion of eating our pizza, I am very sorry that they still find employees who do not love their job, for me customer service is number 1 because if they did not buy I would have to close, but If they leave happy, they recommend my business.

First off my favorite pizza was on sale, the Hometown Hero, which turned out to be more than just a pizza but an actual person, I got in and everyone was nice, but what topped it off is that on the way in we popped our tire, and the crew at Abby's was more than willing to help. Turns out our car didn't have a jack or a tire iron but the boss man did. He brought the tools out and even offered help. Thank you so much, they came through with above and beyond service. This is my.half of the review. Bend OR.

Pizza is amazing as always, but what really got me was Miguel, who went above and beyond. I blew my tire out on the way in. He went above and beyond all my expectations by not only offering a jack and tire iron, but even went beyond that by offering to help with getting the spare on. Absolutely saved the day! Miguel deserves a raise for sure 😁
