Great selection of salads and bowls. The vegan chili, lentil goodness bowl and Big salad are very good! Been here multiple times and it is consistently good.

I’ve always enjoyed this spot. I tend to get the breakfast burrito made vegan. It always hits the spot. The chips that come along with the burrito leave a lot to be desired. Both meat eating friends I’ve brought here have really enjoyed it as well.

Great choices, great vibe! Outdoor dining with many whole food choices. Great location too! Walkable.

The smoothies were decent… when I finally received them after 40 minutes.

The cashier (they do not have name tags) seemed annoyed I had approached the counter to ask. “There’s a twenty minute wait but let me go check.” well.. there wasn’t a wait when we got there, and I watched several groups that were behind me come and go. They did NOT inform us of any wait until I went back to the counter and inquired on the ETA of the three I ordered.
I heard her talk to the kitchen and they clearly forgot my order.

I tipped on a to go order only to get shafted. Definitely not worth the $30 expense as there’s better options for smoothies in Bend, with people who seem to actually like their jobs.

Went there with my siblings, ordered three smoothies. Which was good by the way, but it took almost 40 mins before we received our order. We actually had to get back in line after 35 mins in order for them to start making our smoothies. What is the point of the buzzer system if you don’t use them? I’m also miffed because we paid nearly $30 just for the drinks and left a tip and still got sub-par service.

We waited 42 minutes for a açaí bowl and a burrito. It was so slow and there was zero sense of urgency. It made us late, and I was near just cancelling my order!

We have been here before for breakfast, this was our first lunch. We got a salad and a bowl and both were great.

One of the best, possibly the best lunch places in Bend. Their food is amazing and they have so many healthy options.

Food was pretty tasty but the prices are outrageous. I paid $34 for potato leek soup and a kale salad. There’s a sign on the door saying they have a 10% surcharge on prices. Okay, fine but they do not have any prices on the giant menu behind the cash register. I almost keeled over when she told me the total. They should be more transparent with their pricing.

We had a fantastic brunch experience at Active Culture in Bend, OR! The food was absolutely delicious - we enjoyed smoothies, an acai bowl, a granola bowl, tacos, and a salad, and everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was lively and kid-friendly, although it was a bit noisy. Despite the noise, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again. The quality of the food and the welcoming vibe make Active Culture a great spot for families and foodies alike. We'll definitely be back! 👍
