Albertsons - Highway 97 & Revere

Y'all might want to change your hours so people like me are not in hope that you guys are still open cause I was needing diapers considering it says y'all are open on website but the doors are locked at 11:05 be very much appreciated ?

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday this year, about 3 weeks in advance so I wouldn’t forget about it, and I picked it up on 10/31. I ordered a cake for my moms birthday in May and was HIGHLY satisfied, so there was no question I wanted Albertson’s to do my daughters cake as well. When I placed the order, the girl seemed to have no idea what she was doing, looked very confused and she took a while to get the sheet filled out. If I could guess I would say she didn’t even work in the bakery. She didn’t repeat back any information to me, which resulted in them spelling my daughters name wrong on the cake(her name is Quinn). I tried to slowly spell out both my name and hers, but she kept cutting me off. Aside from the spelling of the name, the writing was very sloppy and looked like it was done over a few times. The cake was delicious, but the presentation was unacceptable

Usually I am pleased with Albertsons but tonight I bought a whole roasted chicken from the deli that was so undercooked it was running bright pink juice when sliced into. When I called the store I was directed to the manager on duty who didn't apologize, just asked if the whole chicken was undercooked or just part (as if we would eat any part of it!?!) and said "I will go talk to them." No apology, no offer to refund, or replace. I finally asked what I was to do with the raw chicken I paid money for and he said "well I guess you could bring it back for a different one" No thanks, we prefer our chicken "sans salmonella" Also there was no marking on the package showing when this chicken was even cooked, which obviously there is a place printed on the package to do so. Get it together Albertsons before somebody gets very sick.

Even through the transformation from Haggens, back to Albertsons, the employees in this location have been beyond great. Grocery prices are cheaper than most in the general area with a great selection. The shopping experience as a whole is always enjoyable and keeps our family returning each time.
