This store was remodeled over the last few months and is located in south Bend. We notice they seem to have supply chain issues and are often out of common items. Nice deli section but the regular isles are logistically not well organized. We shop here because it is the closest.

I love this store-- although old it's always clean and the staff is super friendly -- I really don't know why these other reviews are so bad?? Also I forgot my money once and they saved my cart for me while I went home to get the $$ -- even put ice cream in freezer :) The fried chicken is amazing and produce is always fresh! Friendly, clean and helpful!! What more can I say? Most of the customers are even cool!

I don't know what Fred is talking about. Maybe it's just about Fred? Each and every time I have shopped there every single employee has gone out of their way to make sure I got to the departments I needed. When I needed eggs and asked a gentleman bring out produce, he left what he was doing and took me directly to where I needed to be. I was advised to wait for the next day to buy what I wanted because it was going on sale and would save me a boat load of money. Get a grip Fred, not every thing is about you.

worst customer service in Bend. No help nobody cares. Waited at "customer service for ten minutes before someone showed up. Plus, their prices are thru the roof. No more, no how, done with them and you should be to. Fred

We buy our groceries from here all the time and this is the 4th time we have bought garlic bread and there is 0 garlic butter on the bread after we cook it. We are done buying from here. Ridiculous.

The management really is unprofessional as a by standard forgot to get my money after I requested cash back @ the self check and forgot it, i came back with in 2 minutes & I looked to see if the money was there no it wasn't! I asked if they have cameras there to see who took it! One of the managers pointed that they do have cameras & proceeded to tell me they cannot do anything about it even know they have cameras poorly ran, been goin there for years , an most everyday no respect would not recommend!

It's definitely the best one in town. I love their bakery. Plus they always let me use their bathroom I used to twist yesterday and it was very clean both times

I've been shopping here since moving to Bend and even when I'd frequently visit before. Even as kid when my family would come up ages ago. But in recent times I can say the following. The staff is extremely friendly, the store is always clean and they almost always have what I'm looking for at ideal prices. Not to mention the friendly folks over at the Starbucks kiosk stand. Which used to be closed often but has made an amazing turnaround in recent months. This will continue to be my go to neighborhood grocery store and Starbucks. Cheers!

Bad music can ruin a shopping experience. I'm willing to drive to the next supermarket to avoid contemporary pop-country. Note the stark dichotomy between the businesses actively hiring, and the preponderance of panhandlers.

Teach the deli clerks the difference between chicken breasts and thighs. Second time they have ruined a dinner for us.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday this year, about 3 weeks in advance so I wouldn’t forget about it, and I picked it up on 10/31. I ordered a cake for my moms birthday in May and was HIGHLY satisfied, so there was no question I wanted Albertson’s to do my daughters cake as well. When I placed the order, the girl seemed to have no idea what she was doing, looked very confused and she took a while to get the sheet filled out. If I could guess I would say she didn’t even work in the bakery. She didn’t repeat back any information to me, which resulted in them spelling my daughters name wrong on the cake(her name is Quinn). I tried to slowly spell out both my name and hers, but she kept cutting me off. Aside from the spelling of the name, the writing was very sloppy and looked like it was done over a few times. The cake was delicious, but the presentation was unacceptable

This review is for the Albertsons on NE 3rd Street. For some reason it, changed the store location. When I was in Albertsons last week, there were a few customers without masks. I asked the female manager why they are not asking those customers to wear a mask-she said she can't. Since Albertsons has a disregard for the health of their customers I will be shopping and spending my money else where. It is a State mandated right now to wear a mask in any indoor store/place of business. It's sad that Albertsons would rather make a buck, than follow State regulations and the health of people

This is my go-to store for basic grocery shopping. They have a great selection without requiring one to hike a mile around a giant store. Great sales prices and discounts. And the bakery is excellent. And the people who work here are always friendly, helpful and it doesn't have long lines to check out. I also find the deli and meat selections above average. I definitely recommend them.
