Alebrije Oaxaca (backyard of Bunk + Brew Hostel)

During my stay in Bend, I had three breakfast burritos from three different places. The one from Alebrije behind the Bunk + Brew was far and away the best, and the coffee was great too. Perfect send off before my flight home.

Awesome tlayuda that is better than the one I just had in Oaxaca City! This cart rocks!!!

In my opinion, these birria nachos are the best nachos in Bend. The birrias flavor is amazing, and the meat is very tender. The portions are a great size and are definitely shareable. We got our food pretty quick. I love the location. It's very chill, and it's generally a great place to hang out with your family/ friends. The only downside is finding parking, but this place is definitely worth a try!

Food was authentic & everything we ordered tasted great! We had tacos, quesabirria quesadillas, nachos & pozole. Red sauce was spicy but really good!

Super good, nice portion sizes for fair prices. Tastes great, flavorful and fresh. Birria was tasty and reasonably priced. Another big bonus was the tortillas seem to be made in house, they were great.

Been here before for birria quesatacos. They seem to be different then before but also it's been a while. It included some yellow cheese in addition to white inside which I've never had yellow inside so that was interesting lol the mulitas was ok and nachos. All just seemed to be needing salt. Easy fix...

First visit today. I got a vegan taco and a vegan tostada. My partner got the vegan burrito. Everything was delicious! There was barely anyone there at 4:30 on a Friday which seemed crazy but worked great for us. The service was great and quick. I would definitely go back.

Vegetarian options: Vegan menu with the three options mentioned in my review. I'm sure you could mix and match for lots of vegetarian choices.

I absolutely love this place! A little jewel of a food cart at Bunk and Brew. Their chicken mole enchiladas is my favorite. Crystal and Omar always greet you with a smile and the funky youth hostel atmosphere features year round seating with eclectic flare. I haven’t tried their breakfast menu yet, but some weekend soon…

These guys are fantastic! Truly one of my favorite food trucks in town. Totally authentic. Killer hand made tortillas. And always consistent quesa barilla tacos. Love it. Cheers guys!!
