My server was great first of all. I got the Cesar salad and for the price, the proportion was sad. I also got the stuffed mushrooms which had carb, shrimp and artichoke hearts in it and I could barely taste the seafood. Lastly I got a few lemon drops and felt It would have been better to just order a bottle of wine because I would know exactly what I was getting alcohol wise. I would have ordered an entree but I was unsure on what I would get for the price because of what I received before.

Wanted to try March Oyster Fest. This was a repeat of new years celebration that appear to be an off day for Anthony's. We enjoyed our favorite types of oysters, with my wife trying the black cod, and I opted for Halibut fish and chips. These were on the "special today" menu and happened to be both our favorites. All dishes were stellar, especially the oysters. The restaurant excelled in speed to seating (we arrived 1 minute after our reservation time), we were taken right to a 2 person table immediately after presenting ourselves. Mattie our wait staff was great, explained everything and was super friendly. She found the right amount of attention without, over doing it. Nothing took long to get to the table, which is amazing as each of the oysters had to be shucked. No signs of sand nor shell in each of the oysters so skillful hands must have been preparing them, with care. The varieties we ordered are delicate and very tiny (Olympia, Kumamoto, Baywater Sweets). All paired well with a Kendall Jackson Sauvignon Blanc. Anthony's is a place we celebrate occasions and they delivered. As I have previously reviewed Anthony's on New Years Eve, where they had challenges that night. It appears that they took each of the observations and made targeted improvements. I guess when friends give you advice, and it is constructive, it only strengthens the relationship. Cheers!

I made a reservation for us to go in on a Wednesday evening, solely to alert the restaurant I was bringing my husband for his birthday. I asked for anything they might do for special occasion as my husband's mother has just passed away and I was trying to make it a little extra special. Nothing was done or said to acknowledge his birthday. In their defense, I don't know if they do anything extra for a birthday visit but I would have thought at least a HAPPY BIRTHDAY or some kind of verbal acknowledgment would have happened. Our waitress was friendly but she couldn't speak hardly at all(not sure if she used to smoke a lot or what) so was hard to hear here and she was very awkward. (I am not trying to be rude or judgy at all, I'm just being honest.) We couldn't get out of there fast enough. I was so frustrated this was our experience as we had really been looking forward to going. We shared a meal and got a couple sides, pops - w/ a tip $100. We do not usually do meals at that price so this was an extra special outing.

We came last week during happy hour and tonight just for dinner. There are great happy hour specials! All of the food has been amazing with my favs being the Lobster Risotto (daily fresh sheet) and Crab fettuccine (regular dinner menu).

The food at Anthony's is always very good ! My favorite is Oysters and the clam chowder. There is a wonderful view of the Deschutes River and it was a beautiful sunny day. All of my Bible Study gals (8 of us) had a really fun luncheon !!

Our final bill was wrong and we were charged for a different dinner plate. I noticed after we were home. The kitchen was out of a few things. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and the steak was cooked wonderfully.

We had the halibut fish and chips. They were very fresh and we also had mussels and a blue cheese with shrimp salad. Everything was very tasty. I think the blue cheese and shrimp salad would be better with an iceberg wedge with some bacon, blue cheese and shrimp, but that's just me. Our female waitress was very attentive and wonderful. Great date and we'll be back!

My husband and I went to Anthony's for our anniversary. I had the Alaskan black cod, which was amazing! My husband was very happy with his steak oscar. The cod and steak were both cooked perfectly. We also had the crab stuffed mushrooms, which were excellent. We would definitely eat at Anthony's again.

I had the Dungeness crab dinner and my son had the crab linguine. Both dishes were delicious! The whole crab that they served was large and sweet. I also had a cup of chowder that was also excellent. A very pleasant experience all around!

From start to finish, such a wonderful experience. It was Super Bowl Sunday and we were able to watch in the bar area and then moved to the main dining room overlooking the river. The service was exceptional, the server's timing in checking on us was perfect. It was an early Valentine's Day celebration and the crab was to die for. A special thanks to all who made the nite so special. We will be back.

Certainly one of the better dining experiences we've had at Anthony's. We have eaten here a lot. Service was great, they weren't busy, it was Super Bowl Sunday. Food was excellent, clam chowder was thick and full of clams very tasty. I ordered scallops , they were done perfectly and plenty of them. The steamed broccolini was subtle but good with all the flavor from the scallops, ie butter!. Because it was our anniversary we got a complimentary dessert. We chose chocolate mousse with Bailey's Irish Cream. It was so good and plenty for 2 to share! My only problem was we were seated in front by a window and by an exit door. There was a cold draft coming in, at one point I had to put on my gloves . But everything else was special occasion perfect.
