Wonderful crunchy salads and French onion soup. The lunch combos seem to change all the time but they are all delicious.

The food was not very good. The food that was okay was either cold or not the way it was ordered. Staff nice enough, but slow and not atentitive or really paying any attention at all. The bonus here. Kids had fun and the drinks though a bit over priced for what they were, were tasty.

The food was cooked properly. This was the first time that I've used Groupon. The staff was totally helpful and experience in processing this type of coupon.

It's Applebee's man, good prices, good food and good service. If you're comparing the food to other options in Bend, then of course it's not as good as the local establishments.

Atmosphere was comfortable as usual. Wait staff was kind and efficient. I want to rant about the all-you-can-eat Chicken shrimp and riblets. Was disappointed, they played the typical weight game between plates. Was hoping because it was Applebee's that they wouldn't do it, but 20 minutes between refills is absolutely ridiculous. After the second plate with six shrimp on it we were tired of waiting. Decided it wasn't worth the wait any longer and left. Just disappointed that Applebee's would do that.

Food was very good. Service very slow. Friendly nice but not enough servers on the floor.

Great place to eat and decently priced. Beginning of happy hour is the best time to go, they're usually slower and are more attentive. Plus they have special pricing during happy for appetizers and drinks (if you're old enough).

Service was fair-good. Place was clean. Atmosphere is what you expect from Applebee's. Food was why this is 3 star. I ordered the 2 for 25$ and the 4 cheese Mac-cheese had almost no cheese on it, I basically ate cooked soft noodles with a hint of cheese flavor. The stir fry was dry with barely any sauce, and the menu said 51 grams of protein, there may have been 10 grams of protein on the plate. Food alone = 2/5 star, service 3/5 star. Value... meh, I guess you get a decent amount of food for $25.

Food was hot and was OK. Service fair. Forgot request for senior price on our bill which is the second time it has happened. The tables need to be refinished. Sticky tops because the finish is peeling. The hot platter is served on a plywood base which has seen much wear. A top notch restaurant would be alert to these concerns.

Our waiter was excellent: courteous, attentive but not the least bit intrusive, cheerful and friendly, and all that combined with solidly good service. I believe his name was Brian. No complaints about the food, standard Applebee's: delicious, generously proportioned calorie bombs. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Guy in the parking lot filming some kind of apparently hilarious skit was the only weird element.

It was lunchtime, so being busy was somewhat expected, but this was not good. The three stars is because our waitress was great! It looked like there was only one other server at the restaurant, and he was buried as well. Took eons to even get someone to come over to seat us (two guys walked in the same time as we did), so we just sat at the bar thinking it would be the quickest way to get served...not so much. Didn't order anything complicated and the food was "meh." Even with a great waitress, we won't be back.

we have eaten there many times and have always felt we got our monies worth. This time, my husband got a dinner salad and macaroni and cheese thing. The salad was tiny and so was the macaroni. It cost almost $10. My cod was very good, but our sodas were $3.69 each and I didn't even get a refill. We won't be going back.

Placed a large order ($80) to go. Had a 30 min drive back to the house we were staying at. Food was missing from the order. Called and spoke to a gentleman who said I could drive back to get it. After a 30 min drive back to pick up the food, all that was offered was a free appetizer card. Now I have a 30 min drive back to the house while a child waits for food. All I can really say is WOW. Is that how this business is run. Update: Now that I have had some time to reflect and cool down, I am still as mad as I was at the time. My local restaurant would wipe this place off the map. I still cannot get over the way the situation was handled. No offer for a refund (partial would have been acceptable) or an offer for how to make it right. My local restaurant has messed up before and was jumping to make it right. That is part of the reason that we continue to do business with them. When I am back in Bend I will make sure that I DO NOT go back to this location.
