Ate at Bend, Oregon Arby's a couple of days ago. It was great to eat at a fast food restaurant in Bend that had a clean floor, clean tables, clean restrooms and great service. Johnny was our sever, very polite young man. Entire staff was clean cut and dressed nice, not wearing pajama pants and Crocs on their shift, not playing on their phones. Polite and attentive. Taking care of the restaurant when not helping customers. Will be back.

I rarely go to fast food but it was late and I was on a time crunch to get home. The service is what I must mention first. The friendliest and most efficient fast food. The food also seemed super fresh like it was made to order. Love the good attitudes the employees had.
My mom broke down in the parking lot before opening yesterday morning and an amazing lady named Jennifer used her own phone to help her call to get help. I'm very grateful she was there and made sure my mom was okay even though they weren't even open. Thank you very much Jennifer, and I want everyone to know what a great employee you have!

I ordered on the app and our order was ready within 5 minutes. The entire order was correct, everything tasted freshly made and the price was reasonable for a family of 5. Arby’s is the only fast food place in our area that’s doing it right! Customer service in the drive thru was great too!

It was good, you know standard Arby's and all. Kinda funny though, it was really slow when I went in. One person on the register and the manager both up front ready to take my order and no one else around. I tell em, "hey I can't order if your both looking at me" They glance away, it was pretty funny lol.
Love their crinkle fries. Don't like their curly fries. They need to add more industrial cheddar to their beef and cheddar sandwiches. Actually you can get more cheddar, but you have to pay for it.
Ordered online but the counter person was talking in the dining room not bagging my food.

Food was hot and Arby's is always clean. Easy to work with. Milk Shake was perfect. Reminded me the way they were years ago. This is our go to place. Family came from California to visit. We went there for dinner. Eddie went back to California and took his employees to Arby's. Favorite is also the Fish sandwich, which is seasonal. Favorite Fried Chicken sandwich. Never been disappointed!!
