An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The cuisine and service were truly outstanding. We began with soups and a beet salad — the salad was enjoyable — followed by steaks, scallops, and salmon. The entrées were nothing short of superb. The scallops were impeccably prepared, delicate and flavorful, and the steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and beautifully seasoned — easily the highlights of the evening.
Alyssa provided gracious, attentive service throughout the night. Her professionalism and warmth elevated the entire experience.
Tasting menu was a neat culinary experience. Six courses and everything was delicious. No complaints.

1st time at this amazing restaurant and it was delicious! We were dining out with some friends, celebrating a milestone at work. Our server was great. He answered our questions with detail and gave great recommendations. Appetizers were yummy! Dungeness crab, elk tartar, beet salad, & oysters. All were amazing! 💯 Drinks were great. Started with a fine bottle of wine from Italy, then moved on to some cocktails. Rumba was excellent 👌 Our entrées consisted of Scallops, NY steak, Lamb neck, and Pork loin. The flavors were incredible! Every plate was presented well, came out together, and blew our minds 🤯 We would love to come back and try a chefs special. Great night out. Thank you!

This is the best restaurant I know! I have been there several times and go for the vegetarian chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing. Food is delicious and every dish is a new experience. The sommelier (Noelle) is a genius which is why I recommend wine pairing if you can!! The service is perfect Go there!

As my cousin and her husband, my mom and I entered this adorable quaint little hole in the wall house, I took note of off to the left side was a porch full of couches and fuzzy chairs. I was struck with the cute design and decor which blanketed the entirety of the intimate restaurant. Quite tasteful modern little simple touches that pull you right in. Medium size bar, extensive wine cellar and coat rack off the bar area. The dining area seats close to ten guests(+2) with a cozy couch in the back room. Tables are stylishly separate from one another. The menu offers two options for dinner, chef's tasting menu (head's up...pairing wine with the chef's menu is an extra charge) All of my family and I opted for single glass 🍷 of wine. Three of them had the chef's tasting menu and I opted for the a la carte menu. Meaning I picked three items from the a la carte menu, the dungeoness crab app, the wild mushroom soup and beet salad. In that order. The rest of our party had 6 courses. They all enjoyed the menu. The chef's tasting menu changes seasonally. Reservations are required. Call ahead a few weeks before you go. Very expensive but you will not leave hungry!! Waitress Cara was top notch! Very nice and informative. Knew her information on the back story of the restaurant. She made us feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for the unique culinary experience and adventure!!
In town for the night and Ariana’s was recommended to us by a local. What a surprise! We ordered the chefs tasting menu with wine pairings. Each course was shockingly better than the last and the first was a home run. We sat at the bar and the service was amazing. It was like we were the only people in a very busy restaurant. Arianas operates at a very high level on all counts. We’re planning a trip back to Bend just to eat here again. AMAZING
