Got very lucky with a last minute cancellation so we were able to get in during our short stay in Bend. The set menu was delicious - everything was well prepared and flavors were great. Honestly, I had low expectations after eating at a few not very impressive spots in Bend that were highly rated, but this was very deserving of the hype. Highly recommend.

Spent $166 total for just myself. One NA glass of wine and the 6 course dinner plus tip. This would be totally fine if the food was worth the price but the NA wine was one of the worst I have had and out of the 6 dishes. maybe 2 of them were good enough to take more than 1 bite. I was shocked that they would put cherry tomatoes in my dish that were not organically and locally farmed. I was also served a pork tenderloin. I am no stranger to fine dining and I felt like this place was not the best ingredients nor the best chef. The risotto was so salty, I couldn't take more than 1 bite. The barrata was no different than what you would be served at a local corporate chain. The only amazing dish was the mushroom bisque with scallops. This is a great place for a date night if you have money to throw away and your taste for top notch food is not high class. Servers were very attentive but lacked personality. To be fair, I was working, but a smile and an attempt to connect would have been highly appreciated. I would not return here.

After a long hiatus, I recently returned for dinner at Ariana and was pleased to find it was good as I remembered.

Even for my seat at the bar I made a reservation 30 days in advance. You'd be advised to book early.

After the amuse-bouche I started with the Dungeness crab and then the beet salad. Both excellent. Then on to the Halibut for the main. Also excellent. Loved the morels.

Enjoyed a couple glasses of Walter Scott pinot noir during the course of the meal.

Service and staff professional and friendly. I hope to be back!

We visited Bend and are SO glad we got to dine at Ariana while on our trip. Top notch food, cocktails, wine, service, and vibes. We did the chef tasting menu, several life changing dishes! I highly recommend this place to anyone in Bend.

Thank you Cara for a wonderful evening. The food was amazing. The service was second to none. I can't think of a better way to spend a birthday. To the owners of Ariana, happy 20th, and here's to another 20 amazing years. What an amazing team and an amazing experience. Thank you!

Everything! This place nails it on every detail. Eating out is expensive wherever you go, I would much rather spend my money here and leave feeling like I got an incredible experience for my money. This is a business model more restaurants should replicate.

I’ve been going here since they opened and I have NEVER been disappointed. It’s fine dining at its finest. I feel like people always think this place is really expensive but it’s truly no different than other high end restaurants in Bend. It’s my favorite little date night spot or sister/mom/aunt night hang! The scallops are basically always my go to. And the beef carpaccio along with the beet salad. The outdoor seating is delightful in the summer and it just makes me feel really fancy and happy haha. The staff here is excellent and many of them have been there for So many years, some even all of the years. To me that says a lot about the business. Oh and I can’t forget the hamachi crudo! Man now I’m hungry.
