Axel's Taco Shop (Bend)

Went to there this AM. I am so dissatisfied, How can you mess up a burrito. You ask for NO cheese or egg and what you get is egg all through out the burrito. I will never go there again. If you can not get the little thing right you will never get anything right in life. If you like food that is second rate go right ahead and eat there. Food service has become a joke.

After having issues with management I finally got to meet with owner who was very apologetic and made my bad experience right! Was very professional and I could tell he cared I'd definitely go back there now. Plus the food was delicious!

Ive only ordered delivery from here since its one of only places open late and can confirm they're food is awesome. I highly suggest the axel fries with carnitas they're incredible

The Arizona burrito and the carne asada tacos without bell peppers are perfect. Nothing I’d rather grab for lunch in bend especially for the price

I usually never have a problem with my order. Food is delicious but my order was wrong. I was supposed to have double rice and no beans.

I'm disappointed in myself for waiting so long to try this place! The restaurant is very clean and well lit and the staff is super friendly. We tried the fish tacos, shrimp tacos and pork street tacos. All were exceptional! The salsa bar is amazing with tasty salsa, crisp pickled carrots and yummy grilled onions with whole jalepeno! And the best part... the price! It's hard to find any food places open past 9pm or affordable anymore, in Bend. I'm happy to say, " We've found our new spot!"

This is a welcome recent addition to Bend's east side! We had shrimp tacos, something we've sampled at many spots in Bend, and must say they were among the very best. Quick service, nice atmosphere (no loud music!), this is a repeater.
