I wish I could give this spot 100 stars! First off, they serve up some delicious coffee and non coffee beverages. They make a fantastic matcha latte - I love that it’s unsweetened (though you can choose to sweeten if you’d like!). What’s more? Absolutely incredible customer service. While on a trip to Bend, I lost a necklace. When I got home, I called this shop thinking it might have fallen off there. The manager took the time to take down my info, had her team keeping an eye out for it, and then called me back days later when they found it. They then shipped it back to me. Truly an outstanding business run by wonderful people!

The cappuccino that I was given was the smallest cappuccino I ever got in the USA. Considering that milk cost nothing, giving 6oz cappuccino is the dumbest idea that business owner can have.
To top it off, it cost $5.
Go elsewhere.

Great coffee. Mocha and pumpkin bread are my favorites. Their holiday and seasonal drinks are really great. Very friendly baristas. Good selection of cups an thermos' and coffee makers.

Such a nice peaceful place to have a warm drink with a friend. They had a good variety of teas as well as coffee and the barista was friendly and helpful. The pumpkin spice latte and matcha latte were both excellent and they even made it cute with some latte art when we were there in a less busy time. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy and non-nut milk options for drinks.

Kid-friendliness: Open space and lots of seating that is accessible to children and they also have multiple non-caffeinated drinks.
