We visit 3-4 times a year and always have a meal here. Has been going downhill for a while now. On last visit food was served lukewarm warm at best and server seemed bothered even though we were only customers there. To top it off got double charged on credit card as did the people we were with. Been trying to get them to fix it for a month now and get a call back from anyone. BEWARE!!!

I was out of town with my mother in Bend, Oregon and went to the Baldies there. I got the smoked chicken wings and my mom got the fried chicken wings and a salad. They neglected to put the fork in the bag. Uggghhhh! I literally had to eat the salad with 2 toothpicks ( I always carry them...lol) like chopsticks. Anyway, other than that, the food was good, albeit a bit expensive for what it is. Would go back, though.

This was the first time in this location in Bend Oregon and I have to say the food was just as good if not better than the other location in Bend The only thing I didn't like about this location was the size of the restaurant was pretty small. There was a nice young man working by himself he did an excellent job and definitely deserves a raise. I only gave three stars on atmosphere as really there is none at this location.

We really enjoyed our meal here - we had brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. The coleslaw was delicious. The beer selection could be improved, especially for a bbq joint, and the potatoes (both mashed and loaded) could have been elevated for the price. But overall really good!

Always have to stop at Baldy's when visiting Bend. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! I recommend the brisket (wet) so flavorful and tender. We went at 6pm on Saturday and we were sat right away. Many people came in to pick up to go orders. It is definitely the place to get BBQ!

Only 3 on food as it's not as yummy as it used to be when we started going there in mid 2000's after living there 2 years then visiting often. I've always gotten the pulled pork sandwich, but this time, it had no coleslaw on it, which really adds to it. The sandwich used to come with 2 sides, now only 1 if I remember correctly. Sadly, I don't think we will go there again now.

Went in for pickup. Got some brisket and tips and they were both good. Well seasoned and I didn’t have to use the bbq sauce. I’m definitely coming back the next time I visit Bend.

Stopped in to grab the brisket sandwich and a side of garlic mash. Brisket was prepared perfectly with plenty of sauce. Garlic mash had just the right amount of garlic. I'll be back.
Pulled pork sandwich, Memphis style with coleslaw! Plus a loaded baked potatoe!
So bomb! Can't wait to get it again.

We had a great time, the ribs were delicious, the French fries were outstanding. The waiter was very welcoming and the tables and chairs were clean. There were also very cool artifacts. Overall, 5 stars.

Super friendly service and the food was great!! Surprisingly for a BBQ place, the Caesar salad was great, especially the croutons. Ribs were AMAZING!! Pulled pork was amazing!! Burnt ends were really good!! Fries and onion rings were also AMAZING!!
