Starters
Smothered Fries
Serious yum. Pulled pork, famous BBQ sauce and Cheddar cheese over crispy fries.
Butter Milk Onion Rings
Made using jumbo sweet onions, dipped and breaded and then fried to crisp perfection.
Chicken Fingers
All white meat tenders served with honey mustard or ranch dipping sauce.
Rib Tips
Cut from the end of a spare rib. Smoked and grilled to a fantastic, crusty char then slathered in sauce.
Chicken Wings
Basted with BBQ or buffalo sauce and served with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Smoked Wings
These guys are spice rubbed and served hot out of the smoker then tossed in original, cat's meow or buffalo sauce. Served with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.

Full Rack Baby Back Ribs
Fall off the bone baby back pork ribs. Hand rubbed with baldys blend of spices, then slow smoked, and finally slathered in sauce and grilled to perfection.
Beef Brisket Plate
Rubbed with Baldy's spices, certified angus beef brisket smoked to perfection, then sliced, topped with our tangy sauce and piled high.
Make Your Own Mac
Creamy, yummy mac and cheese customized.
The Extravaganza
Full rack baby back ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, and half smoked chicken. Serves three or four.
BBQ Sundae
Mashers on the bottom, then some baked beans, next a layer of pulled pork, coleslaw on top, and finally drizzled with Baldy's sauce.
Whole Smoked Chicken
Smoked for hours over seasoned hardwoods until tender.

We got the extravaganza plate w all types of meat and a side of burnty tips . Burnty tips by far was the best part of the meal. Oh and the cherry crisp was a surprise champion. The goodness in that dessert was next level.
Waitress was great, music was too loud for a near empty restaurant.

I ordered the extravaganza. It was a perfect amount of food for my family with a great variety of yummy BBQ we love. I love cooking this type of food myself but when im tired and had a long day but have the bbq craving, this definitely hits the spot.

Got the Extravaganza so we could try a little of all the meats. Had the house tap Rootbeer. It was good. Brisket was good as long as you get the fatter pieces so it flavorful sn not dry otherwise thier BBQ sauce is needed. Babyback Ribs were very good. BBQ Chicken needs help, no flavor or smoke. Skin had the only flavor of the chicken. Pulled Pork was as good as a average BBQ joint. Sides were Baked Beans i really liked. Coleslaw that was fantastic. Honey Jalapeño Cornbread...
