The owner is absolutely insane. Read the less than 5 star reviews. His arrogance has dated back for YEARS. It's quite unbelievable that he is still in business.

The food is fresh and presented beautifully. We go to Baltazar's whenever we come to Bend, and now with Covid, we dine outside on the patio. Very friendly staff, too.

Awesome food with absolutely amazing customer service. Perfectly cooked seafood. Delicious margarita. Baltazar himself checked in multiple times. Well worth the visit!!!

My husband and I met a couple friends for drinks last night. Our friend "Maro", who recommeded this establishment and knows the owner Baltazar well, was with us. We had only been to this restaurant once in the 2 years since we've lived in Bend. The owner "Baltazar" is very rude! My 74 year old husband simply asked for a seat cushion since we were sitting outside on metal chairs. My husband politely asked a waiter if he could have a seat cushion, and Baltazar came out loudly yelling "no seat cushions"!!! We were floored! How rude and inconsiderate! Our friend kindly offered to go to his car and brought back a blanket for my husband to use. I can understand if restaurants cannot offer cushions at this time due to COVID, but the owner did not have to humiliate us like that! My husband is a Vietnam Marine Veteran! Nobody deserves to be treated this way! We will never go back to this restaurant again. Terrible Customer service!!!

Really mediocre food. Owner was really disrespectful.

Went in for dinner on the patio with a large group last night. Service was on point and timely. We had the pitcher of Margaritas and it was served with no ice in the pitcher and an extra ice bucket (the way it should be). One of the better cocktails I’ve had recently. My wife and I split the seafood mixta plate with scallops and it was outstanding. I also ordered the octopus appetizer and it was equally delicious. I will be back soon.
