Nice employees. I'm not a huge ice ? fan but tried their Hot chocolate mint. It was good for a sugar rush, I could only drink a quarter of it. Not sure if syrup on the sundae is supposed to be hot but that's how we like it. Sad that it wasn't. Otherwise a good experience.

Staff said there is hair in the ice cream.I came here with my kids 4 days ago, right before closing. My kids wanted something similar to Oreo ice cream… I think it was milk and cookies or cookies & cream on the menu. Anyway, everything is always good at this location, but this time while she was scooping ice cream, she said there was hair in the tub. I told her that we could choose another kind, and she said and I quote, “no it’s OK, it comes from the factory with little hairs in it sometimes.” And she did not let us pick a new flavor even though I’d said we wanted to— just continued scooping. At $14.80 for two single scoop ice cream cones, I didn’t appreciate the service. I’m not a very assertive person, but we definitely won’t be going back to this Ben & Jerry’s, and she told us that they come from the creamery with hair inside of the ice cream once in awhile. It was extremely jarring and disgusting, and being a TikTok mom I actually got it all on video— including her saying this and the look on my sons face. I had to listen back to make sure this actually HAPPENED. I’ve called twice to complain, and no one answers the phone.My kids did not eat it the ice cream after she said that and needless to say, we won’t be back.Look out for hairs

A horrible and rude experience. The staff is incredibly rude. When you call to speak with a manager to share your experience no one ever answers the phone. They lock the doors before closing time. They turn away customers. The staff has no respect for customers. Our family and friends will never return to this location. If there was an option to give it zero stars I would! They took what should be a family friendly experience and made it horrible. ***NEW*** Ben, I'm completely supportive of using poor customer service experiences as training opportunities for your staff. I'm also glad that you have cameras so that you can verify the accuracy of our poor experience. I've tried calling the number you posted several times. It rolls to a message that asked me to put in my phone number and pin? There is no way to leave you a message at that number. Thus, there's no way to reach you to discuss the situation.

I am actually one of those weird people that had never tried Ben and Jerry's ice cream. I like ice cream and what Ben and Jerry's does but the opportunity never happened. Damn, that's some seriously good ice cream. The ingredients are obviously so good. This particular store was great, clean, and the service was great.

Crews are super nice, I’m glad Bend Oregon they have Ben & Jerry’s. They don’t have in Vancouver WA. Finally we have Ben & Jerry’s Ice Creams my family is so happy. My youngest daughter is 1000 days old. We want to celebrate her 1000days from 2020 Covid baby. She loves her Ice Cream and my teenagers love theirs ice cream too.
Wife wanted icecrem after lunch. Ben and Jerry’s was close by and line was short. Prices are higher in Bend for most meals out but ice cream here seemed high compared to home. Choices were limited based on our experience. Ice cream was thing and flavorful.

Ordered a small shake. The employee making it added 3 times the amount of milk he should have. It was basically 80% whole milk. It cost me $9. Very disappointed

I was charged $20 for 4 "kid size" scoops. What a rip off! Had I thought they would be almost as much as a regular scoop I wouldn't have bought them. Their prices need to be better than that.

Staff was very friendly and made the best milk shake! Prices were reasonable and they were very quick with how busy they were.
