I went into the brick and mortar roasting warehouse and office and met the owners. They were so kind and told me about the beans and what they offer. I got a bag of the Ethiopian light roast and it is incredible! This is a great local business doing amazing work with roasting. They can also sell unroasted green beans which is hard to find. Love this place and their product.

There’s NO funny, bitter aftertaste, as with most other coffee. Very smooth and enjoyable.
If you have yet to try their coffee (locally roasted), I recommend the Black & Tan medium roast.
