Crater Lake Spirits Distillery Tasting Room

Bend Distillery, AKA Crater Lake Distillery is an amazing location to visit and enjoy a flight of tasters as well as one of their delicious cocktails. They have a wonderful property and it’s a great pit stop on your way into Bend or on your way out of Bend on the way to Sisters. They have a wide range of offerings and even some special release products. Don’t forget to check out the gift shop with loads of swag, hats, etc. they are also the owners of ABLIS CBD and MCT products to help with health and wellness. Expect a nice environment inside with a bar to check out their products and spirits, CBD sodas on Tap or to buy for takeaway.

We had a wonderful experience as always to celebrate the days after Christmas holiday and picked up a few bottles for our new years festivities.

If you’re looking for a nice happy hour treat or a winter or summer drink and tasting, I highly recommend you make a stop at the Crater Lake Distillery Tasting Room.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they offer.

Came by on a monday at 3:50 pm, says they close at 5. Upon entering the man immediately told us he would be doing paperwork. Then when we started looking at the flavors to try he informed us “yeah, I’m trying to get home to my family and close early tonight… but you can get some samples…” then he stares at us… My guy and I looked at eachother and both felt very unwelcome! I said let’s just go somewhat and get some food… the clerk didn’t even say anything but have a good night. Pretty disappointing experience as I have passed this place a ton of times and have been waiting to come in to try it out…. I would get it if it was like 15 minutes before closing, but it was over an hour before closing!!! Way to make me feel like we are keeping you from your family by coming into your OPEN BUSINESS!!! Needless to say, we won’t be coming back or recommending it to anyone we know.

good distilled spirits, many of the special reserve you can only purchase on site rather than at liquor stores. tastings used to be free but now there is a cost regardless of whether you purchase product or not.

The guy working at winterfest 2024 was horrible. Fire him. Didn’t even want to try anything after talking with him for 1 minute

Not so great

Usually like your guys’ stuff, but just opened a bottle of your Reserve Dry Gin and it tastes and smells like wet dog. Not sure what’s going on here. I’d normally rate you 5 stars, but this gin is -3.

The cocktails are great, we were able to try the seasonal ones and their distillates. The place is very beautiful with a spectacular view.

Had to stop! So many choices , wasn’t driving so , sample time .My favorite was to the coco puff martini ?. Will be making it at home for sure . A flight equals 1 shot .Our bartender was super friendly and helpful.We also got into the line of CBD, sold under the name Ablis .So glad we stopped.

Fun place to visit. Many, many choices to sip. Whisky, gin, rum and vodka.
