Used them one last time tonight because I was suppose to have a credit on my account from a huge mess up by the restaurant we had ordered from on January 22, 2022. When I went to check out, the credit I was promised was not showing up. I went into my account and saw they had put it has a discount on my January 22nd order, which I had already paid in full with cash. So, I had to call and explain what happened and ask for them to change it to a credit so I could actually use it. I could hear someone in the background the whole time having an argument with someone on their phone and the call kept going in and out, as well. I was finally given the credit and placed my final order. My son's salad was missing the garlic bread and the steak was 4 slices, instead of the usual 8. If I pay $16.95 for a salad I expect it to be worth it. That being said, I just am tired of all the issues we have encountered every time we placed an order here. It has become a problem and it isn't worth the money or the hassle anymore.

Never have had a bad experience when ordering from Bend Takeout, excellent customer service & they are local so I feel that when I use them they also put back into the community. Wouldn't have my food ordered from anywhere else, highly recommend using their services.?

The last few times I have ordered have had food missing or cold.Tonight I got my order confirmation and an hour later they call to cancel it and don't want me to order from another place because they are now too busy to honor the commitment they made hours ago.Worst Service ever. I will be canceling my membership after 5 years.

Friendly drivers and great food from local restaurants. Small business delivering for other small businesses. Other delivery services benefit a corporate machine. Every purchase I make from bend takeout supports local small businesses here in Bend and a few restaurants told me Bend takeout charges them less than the big corporate delivery services. Buy local! Thank you Bend takeout and our local restaurants for working so hard to take care of us all throughout the pandemic. You rock!

The worst. I placed an order at 2:41 to ensure a 5:30 delivery. It’s 6. I’ve called twice and am getting a runaround after paying a $20 premium for delivery.
