I wanted to say how welcoming and kind they were. I was on my journey of making my own sourdough starter, but wanted to try to bake before she was done. Best local bakery in Bend. I have been a comercial customer of Ed's for over 10 years and highly recommend if you own a local restaurant. I also like the bagels and rosemary english muffins in the storefront open to the public for my personsl use!

You know, on second thought just ignore this review and keep going to those popular, hip spots on the westside of town. I’d rather there was no line and full stock when I go to Big Ed’s at midtown!
