i love big o bagel and have loved it but the employees are just absolutely awful at their job. almost everytime i go there they get my order wrong. today i went to get a bagel and they’re supposed to call out your name and confirm it’s yours but the dude at the counter just handed my bagel to someone else, didn’t ask for a name and i was waiting for 10 minutes and everyone before me was getting their bagels and i asked where mine was and they said i didn’t have an order. i explained what my order was and they said they gave ot to the wrong person. i then waited 15 minutes for them to make a new bagel and was late for work. i have told them before i like my bagel a certain way and they confirmed it with me and then they wouldn’t put my cream cheese on. gone downhill i am not coming back.

2/10. Never answer the phone anymore and the quality of food has gone down hill. I just waited 35 minutes for a simple eye opener. Big O bagel used to be my go to for many many years but now after this last time, I don’t believe to be returning. Mimi’s or other places are a better choice for your money.

Super great place. Good hours, sometimes there's quite a line but the wait is never long. Great selection of bagels. My favorite are the breakfast sandwiches, the Wenzel goes all out and is still less than $10.
I've been going to this place on and off for about 1 years, potentially 2 years, and every time I go it's always been great. The food is really good and well priced and the store is very flexible in adding or subtracting stuff from the food. The staff is wonderful, always. I especially wanted to compliment the manager of the store. He takes his time to remember my order and accommodate my needs and has been nothing but a very sweet person.Biggest thing though that if there is a line there is definitely a wait but it isn't the staffs fault, I just wish the store may have been a bit bigger to handle the customers but even when they are slammed the staff have always been super sweet

These guys absolutely did an amazing job today!! They had a line out the door and were so busy with three people rocking the service. The guest interaction was still so personalize and upbeat it made the wait worth it! They could easily have been taken down by the rush but they smiled through it! Great job!!
