i love big o bagel and have loved it but the employees are just absolutely awful at their job. almost everytime i go there they get my order wrong. today i went to get a bagel and they’re supposed to call out your name and confirm it’s yours but the dude at the counter just handed my bagel to someone else, didn’t ask for a name and i was waiting for 10 minutes and everyone before me was getting their bagels and i asked where mine was and they said i didn’t have an order. i explained what my order was and they said they gave ot to the wrong person. i then waited 15 minutes for them to make a new bagel and was late for work. i have told them before i like my bagel a certain way and they confirmed it with me and then they wouldn’t put my cream cheese on. gone downhill i am not coming back.

2/10. Never answer the phone anymore and the quality of food has gone down hill. I just waited 35 minutes for a simple eye opener. Big O bagel used to be my go to for many many years but now after this last time, I don’t believe to be returning. Mimi’s or other places are a better choice for your money.

Great experience each time I've gone. It's easy to order and get exactly what you want—the bagels are fresh and delicious. It's a great breakfast spot, and the coffee is refreshingly solid. This is the go-to spot in the morning.
All i can say is great Bagels but they are a little skimpy with the cream cheese for the price

Super great place. Good hours, sometimes there's quite a line but the wait is never long. Great selection of bagels. My favorite are the breakfast sandwiches, the Wenzel goes all out and is still less than $10.
