Usually we love love love our black rock trips but not today! First off, we asked to use a coupon on our app. It showed it was available and we even waited until after noon to come just so we could use it and the lady taking the money said oh it didn't let me click that option. We tried to show her it was available in our app but she just snobbily said well, it's not giving me that option and I don't control it. I wanted to said, Well, how about getting a manager over then? But we let it go. She then asked us twice if we wanted to use our free drink, which we already had told her we wanted to save it. When we repeated we wanted to save it, she said, okay well it does expire in February. Yes we know this. Then we asked her to wait a moment before running out card as we were transferring the extra funds since the coupon was not being honored, and of course she didn't wait. Then loudly tells us we had been declined. Duh. We told her we had asked her to wait and she was oh well most people don't say that. Really???? And lastly, our smoothie wasn't even filled up (make sure you ask for whipp d cream if you want a full drink here. If you don't want the whip, you won't have a full, full priced drink.) and she didnt bother asking if I wanted a sleeve or stopper for my hot drink. They don't like giving those out at this BR. Second time in two days that they didn't give me one and I burned myself badly yesterday because I don't have one. She looked less than thrilled to be asked for it. I have been to BR locations all over the state and this is by far the worst one. One out of four smoothies have been made correctly, no sleeves/stoppers and now today a terrible attitude with the least help from any service worker. That's strike three. Guess we will be finding a new coffeehouse. Oof. It got worse. I tried my breve finally, and it's burnt. So bitter I can't even drink it. Don't go in the afternoon if you want to brave this location. $12 down the drain.

As a lifelong resident of Bend, you could say I am a coffee snob, but despite being a chain, I think this coffee outranks 90% of the coffee places in town. Friendly staff, open and inviting atmosphere, 5 stars!

Chances of the drink being made correctly is minimal. Burnt coffee. Snotty attitude when it’s made wrong- which my drink was made wrong the first time 5 of the 6 days last week. Ditching what was my favorite coffee place for years. You can write corporate until your fingers fall off. They don’t care how much money you spend, or how nice you are about being let down time and time again. Bitter coffee and attitude.

By far the best coffee. Wish they would add a grape syrup for my fuel slushie tho. Everyone here is always SO NICE!!!
We always try to avoid Starbucks when there is another option, but that was definitely the wrong decision today. I have never had such watered down drinks before. My iced chai was basically just a large cup of iced milk. After asking for more chai, the drink was still white and barely had any flavor. The iced hibiscus raspberry tea was about on par with a la croix, just cup of pink water with a hint of raspberry flavor. Looks like we’ll stick with Starbucks next time.

As the prices go up, the quality goes down. This used to be my favorite coffee shop. Two stars because as disappointed as I am with the company, this will still be better tasting than Starbucks or Dutch bros.

I was in today in the lobby grabbing a coffee after a super bad day and the barista Starla was sooo nice and friendly and made my day!! She was so professional and fast and even went out of her way to hear me complain about my day. I’ve had her before and went in hoping I would see her because she always makes my day 10x better!!
