I noticed that if I’m coming through with friends who are regulars they make my coffee really good. And if I’m by myself it always taste awful.I’m not quite sure why that is but it is frustrating guessing and paying for coffee not knowing what I’m going to get that day.

This coffee shop has quickly become a part of my morning ritual, and I have nothing but praises for it.The coffee at Black Rock is delicious. I ordered my coffee and it was the wrong size, they went to remake it but literally just poured more milk in it. I also asked for a toasted bagel and they just heated up the bagel and threw cream cheese packets in the bag. How does that work when you're going through a drive-through? Not

Love coming here, it feels so welcoming and small. It reminds me of a home. The coffee is wonderful and so is all the staff.I enjoy coming here for a morning coffee on the days I am driving back to Washington.

Service today was terrible. The food and coffee is always good and love the space.Servers must be having a bad day or just don't want to serve the in house customers as the drive through is where all their attention was.I stood at the counter for 8 minutes and started to really feel ignored. One barista was than casually doing some straightening as they all continued to ignore me. I admit it was unusual from past experiences.I had to call someone over. The barista was obviously pissed at my audacity to point out (in a friendly way) that I felt invisible over here. She was very cold and made me feel extremely unwelcome.
So I have yet to walk inside this location- but I do occasionally order it and have it delivered to my home from Uber Eats or Door Dash. I just want to say that I love how consistent the drinks are. I’m always happy with the flavor and the measurements are always right! I try duplicating the drinks at home and its never quite right so I’m glad someone can make them properly lol. I have really missed my friends and family back In Beaverton and I’m glad to know Im able to have a piece of home with me here in Bend. It’s been a really hard year adjusting to a new town and trying to do so without my usual support system. Also, I appreciate the occasional sweet notes I get on my drink order. It means more to me than you’ll ever know. I know it might just be Coffee, Infused Fuels and treats to you guys, but y’all are helping folks. One drink at a time ❤️
