Highly recommend Bleu Bite Catering! They catered our wedding reception at the High Desert Museum and I have no regrets about booking them. I knew during our first call with Cerstin that we would be in skilled hands. She asked questions that guided us toward the decisions we would need to make, but I never felt pressured. I also really appreciated the way they accommodated dietary restrictions for several of our guests. Other caterers seemed to have a more cookie cutter approach to that and Bleu Bite's personal touch was part of why we chose them.
Our tasting experience was so much fun and helped us feel confident that we were making the right selections for us and our guests. Their communication throughout the process was stellar and I found their client portal helpful and easy to use. Our guests loved both the appetizers we served as well as the full dinner and the catering team present at our reception gave friendly, fantastic service.

Bleu Bite did a great job from start to finish. They catered our 80-person wedding and helped us plan a great meal. The service during the reception was fantastic. They also boxed everything up for us, and brought us snacks and drinks during the license signing. Highly rec'd!

Bleu bite was wonderful! We hired them for our wedding for catering, bartending, and pre and post party clean up. They were punctual and went above and beyond. We had rain on our wedding day and they made sure everything got moved under cover and made sure all guests were tended to with food and drinks during cocktail hour and throughout the night. They helped make everything go smoothly! Their food and drinks are amazing, everyone raved about it all night and days following. Thank you Bleu Bite for being so great and helping our wedding day go so smoothly!

I was really impressed with the quality of the food, ease of communication, flexible service options, and overall value. I contacted Bleu Bite about 1 month prior to my mom's 75th birthday party over labor day weekend. I was worried they'd be booked (height of wedding season I assume), but they responded immediately and worked with me to get the right menu and level of service for the event. They responded promptly to emails and via phone to work out all the details. The food was delicious (tri tip with horseraddish, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies and salad) and everyone raved about it. I ordered the generous portions option with delivery and the set up and go option for 27 people and total cost (food costs, service and delivery fees, and tip) still came out less per person than some competitors per serving costs! Also they worked with me to let me know which items on the menu were gluten free (most were)! Would highly recommend!
