Highly recommend Bleu Bite Catering! They catered our wedding reception at the High Desert Museum and I have no regrets about booking them. I knew during our first call with Cerstin that we would be in skilled hands. She asked questions that guided us toward the decisions we would need to make, but I never felt pressured. I also really appreciated the way they accommodated dietary restrictions for several of our guests. Other caterers seemed to have a more cookie cutter approach to that and Bleu Bite's personal touch was part of why we chose them.
Our tasting experience was so much fun and helped us feel confident that we were making the right selections for us and our guests. Their communication throughout the process was stellar and I found their client portal helpful and easy to use. Our guests loved both the appetizers we served as well as the full dinner and the catering team present at our reception gave friendly, fantastic service.
