We had rain on our wedding day and they made sure everything got moved under cover and made sure all guests were tended to with food and drinks during cocktail hour and throughout the night. They helped make everything go smoothly! Their food and drinks are amazing, everyone raved about it all night and days following. I was really impressed with the quality of the food, ease of communication, flexible service options, and overall value. I contacted Bleu Bite about 1 month prior to my mom's 75th birthday party over labor day weekend. I was worried they'd be booked (height of wedding season I assume), but they responded immediately and worked with me to get the right menu and level of service for the event. They responded promptly to emails and via phone to work out all the details. The food was delicious (tri tip with horseraddish, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies and salad) and everyone raved about it. I ordered the generous portions option with delivery and the set up and go option for 27 people and total cost (food costs, service and delivery fees, and tip) still came out less per person than some competitors per serving costs! Also they worked with me to let me know which items on the menu were gluten free (most were)! Would highly recommend!

The team at the event were amazing - great food, service - definitely feel like the quality and value delivered. Fantastic meal for our 25th Anniversary Celebration in Sunriver! The staff and delivery folks were so helpful in the planning of our dinner. The menu is very diverse with great local, seasonal options. We have a few folks with food sensitivities who were thrilled the menu offered great options for them. My whole family enjoyed the meal and pick up the next morning was fast and easy. I highly recommend!

From the moment we started planning I knew we where in good hands. I was a Type-A, hands on bride and I felt zero stress or extra works with the caterers. They were very communicative and organized. The client portal makes it easy to know what needs to be completed before the big day. As for the food, it was delicious. We had several guests compliment the food and the staff. We went with the baked pasta, Caesar salad and veggies (SO GOOD) and affordable. On the day of the bleu bites staff knew what needed to be done. Even with our 240 guests bleu bites worked like a well-oiled machine. Everything was perfect. They went above and beyond the whole day by setting up the dessert table, lighting candles, bussing tables, serving wine and helping move chairs. All that to say if you are deciding on a catering company you should 100% choose bleu bites

The wedding day went extremely well and I don’t think I can fully express how smoothly the event went! The team showed up and did their thing with ease. There is definitely a reason why this caterer was listed as a preferred vendor with our venue. Top notch professionals!
The staff not only executed our food service well but the buffet line moved very quickly, they helped display our desserts, lit candles and made sure everyone stayed hydrated.

From planning to execution, the team was professional, creative, and a pleasure to work with. I sent them a list of appetizers we liked from their menu, and they helped refine the selection by removing similar items and suggesting great alternatives. The result was a delicious and varied spread that our guests couldn’t stop raving about — the bacon-wrapped shrimp, chimichurri steak skewers, and crostini bar were especially big hits.
The on-site team was just as impressive. The setup was beautiful — they even incorporated some of my own decorations into the table décor to fit our theme. The server, Kiki, and bartender, Louie, were excellent: friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. And the woman who came to set everything up (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) had an incredible eye for detail and made sure everything was perfect.
