Bleu Bite did a great job from start to finish. They catered our 80-person wedding and helped us plan a great meal. The service during the reception was fantastic. They also boxed everything up for us, and brought us snacks and drinks during the license signing. Highly rec'd!
Bleu bite was wonderful! We hired them for our wedding for catering, bartending, and pre and post party clean up. They were punctual and went above and beyond. We had rain on our wedding day and they made sure everything got moved under cover and made sure all guests were tended to with food and drinks during cocktail hour and throughout the night. They helped make everything go smoothly! Their food and drinks are amazing, everyone raved about it all night and days following....
I was really impressed with the quality of the food, ease of communication, flexible service options, and overall value. I contacted Bleu Bite about 1 month prior to my mom's 75th birthday party over labor day weekend. I was worried they'd be booked (height of wedding season I assume), but they responded immediately and worked with me to get the right menu and level of service for the event. They responded promptly to emails and via phone to work out all the details....
