First time here - and won’t be the last. We were greeted with a warm smile, and quick introduction to their local product sourcing and menu options. Employees were dancing to music, efficiently buzzing about fulfilling orders. Sipping our beers and cocktails we started to worry a little that it was taking a while to prepare our burgers, but after that first bite it was SOOO worth it. Best burgers we have had in a long time. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t!

Excellent retro design and charming atmosphere. Clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t measure up. The burger meat was pressed paper thin and the $6 milkshake was quite small. The fries were good. Overall pretty unimpressive dining experience that was over priced for the amount of food provided. But hey, you don’t have to worry about what to do with the leftovers!

Delicious burger Ms from a local ranch. Everything was delicious! Reasonably priced, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I loved this place! Will definitely return. In spite of a busy lunch hour, the place was not noisy.Vegetarian options: I will try this next time.Parking: Limited but street parking available

Simple, delicious beef smashburger. The hand cut fries and onion rings bring an extra element.

First time trying Blue Eyes.We were going to dine in, but got there and decided to do take out because it smelled so heavily of grease and the music was blaring.Waited quite a while for 3 burgers and some fries and once we got home and opened the food, we were terribly disappointed. The burgers tasted ok, but they looked awful. The patty was so flat and oversized that I had to eat mine with a knife and fork. It was sloppy. It was overcooked. It was ultimately unappetizing. The fries were so overcooked and crunchy that we didn't eat hardly any of them.Thought we'd try the new burger place in Bend, but would not recommend this place at all for a burger. So many other good burgers in Bend, I would never waste my money here again.

I don’t know what happened because the burgers here used to be AMAZING… but the last three times I’ve gone, it has been TRASH!!! The buns were burnt, the patties were over-cooked/bland and the toppings were super skimpy! And for a $20 burger (after tip) … NOT WORTH IT!! Such a shame because this used to be my go-to burger joint… but you couldn’t pay me to go back and I will never suggest it to anybody again. The customer service was decent… but that’s probably because I ordered online. All good things must come to an end I guess ??

I keep trying and every single time my order is wrong. I give up. Mid city has it beat by a million miles.

Decent burger joint. I mean, it's a smash burger so you know it's less food and now called gourmet or hip. I would say the buns are very good and the special I had was delicious, also the price was ok, not a steal but better than I thought it would be.

I was so looking forward to eating here, and I finally did. To be fair, everything was good. However, the fries were probably the highlight of the meal. The burger was good but not great. That's a totally biased opinion based on the burgers I've had in Bend. I will go back to try it again and see if it was an off day or if I ordered something that just wasn't their best. The burger I ordered was their take on a western burger (onion rings, bacon, etc.).Parking: This area is a mess to find parking.

I’m not a smash burger’s biggest fan, as I prefer a fatter, juicier burger that can be prepared medium rare, but I was pleasantly surprised nonetheless by the quality of the food here. The atmosphere is excellent (it’s the old Parrilla Eastside location), the service was excellent, and the prices are pretty fair (considering it’s Bend and our food prices are oftentimes higher than Manhattan or San Francisco).Even if you’re a lover of big, fat, juicy hamburgers like I am, Blue Eyes Burgers is worth a try. And maybe…just maybe…they’ll add a PHAT burger to their menus eventually?!?
