The chicken has a great breading, with the perfect amount of spice. The waffles are soft and delicious. But the real winner here is dipping the strips in the spicy Buffalo syrup with the maple syrup. Divine flavor combinations. Also worthy of mentioning are the bacon wrapped figs, which happen to be stuffed with gorgonzola then fried and drizzled with syrup. This is a sumptuous gluten free delicacy!
The food is the kind of food that's not only quality and good, but you'll crave it later and return for more.
The truck is located in a really chill atmosphere with good people, good staff, live music, on tap beer house, and total goodtime vibes!
