The Nashville mango sauce chicken sandwich was just very salty. It’s a pitty cause the chicken feels fresh and tender. Didn’t feel any mango at all, the seasoning is just vinegary and salty. Spice level is mild, not flaming hot. The sweet potatoes fries were burnt and way too salty too. I left with a salty and burnt flavor in my mounth, nothing else. Great for the brewery that will sell more beers to salted palates, not good for your heart doctor. Margin of improvement is huge, I can still feel the intention.

Standing in line for 10 minutes and the owner closed up before I can order. Terrible customer serrvice!

I can't speak to the food yet because I haven’t had a chance to try it, but I can speak to the owner’s character and the kindness of his team. I got married in June, and my husband is Filipino, so lumpia was a must at our celebration. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with our caterers, and they couldn’t fry the lumpia our family had lovingly made in advance.

Cliff and his team came to the rescue! I posted in a local foodies group, and Cliff graciously offered to fry all 180 lumpia for us on our wedding day, and he didn’t even charge us. He just asked us to send a few his way. We tipped the cook generously (he was such a good sport about it!), and thanks to them, we got to enjoy the lumpia at our wedding after all. It meant so much to my husband and his family.

I haven’t tried Blumas yet, but I’ve eaten at Cliff’s other truck, Abe’s, and I have no doubt the food is just as excellent as the team behind it.

Cannot comment on food because even though I arrived at 7:45 pm, there was no one in line, and they close at 9pm I was turned away and told that he stopped taking orders because he is 30 min behind.

Make sure that its not raining, roof drips in fryer. I told the owner while working there; he told me “we aren’t running an orthodox operation here” Oh ok cool

Burnt bacon, burnt fries, zero seasoning on the chicken which btw is paper thin. About the thickness of half of my pinky nail and I'm not exaggerating. 3 oz of meat tops and Super tough and stringy. It was so small that half of the sandwich was empty. My wife's is in the pictures as well. Worst experience and huge waste of money ever. Most of it went in the trash. The sandwich pic is what was left of the chicken vs bun. The last pic is mine that I gave up trying to chew through. It's was rubber. Disgusting.

My favorite is the Monte Cristo or the banana pudding. The weather is always a factor going to food truck lots but rain or shine I’m always up for a trip to Blumas.

We had their special southern fried chicken with honey sauce side and potato salad. DAMN that was the best chicken we have ever had in Bend. I hope they make it a regular menu item. I know it is a lot of prep, but it is so dang delicious, moist, and perfectly seasoned and appreciated.
