I can't speak to the food yet because I haven’t had a chance to try it, but I can speak to the owner’s character and the kindness of his team. I got married in June, and my husband is Filipino, so lumpia was a must at our celebration. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with our caterers, and they couldn’t fry the lumpia our family had lovingly made in advance.

We had their special southern fried chicken with honey sauce side and potato salad. DAMN that was the best chicken we have ever had in Bend. I hope they make it a regular menu item. I know it is a lot of prep, but it is so dang delicious, moist, and perfectly seasoned and appreciated.

Really enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The chicken finger style chicken is unique, but done well. The side hot honey let me cater to my spice level. Will return every time I’m in Bend. Haven’t had better Chicken & Waffles in the state of Oregon. Wish I could have tired the banana pudding for dessert, but didn’t have room.
