Go early! Of what I know they were out of half their bagels: chocolate chip, salty honey rosemary, everything, & jalapeño cheddar. And hot chai. Also the owner gives salty responses to their bad reviews which is funny to read but ultimately unprofessional behavior

This is literally the best bagel place in town. Been here 4 times and it's always bomb. The staff kicks ass, even when it's packed they get the food out quickly and efficiently. The bagels are freshly made and you can definitely tell. The staff is so friendly and awesome. The salty honey rosemary bagel is SO divine, omg. The decor is absolutely adorable and the vibes are truly immaculate. They also have the best prices for the best quality of bagel and I've been to nearly every place in town. This is the only bagel place in town that doesn't skimp on the cream cheese either, THANK YOU FOR THAT. If you haven't been to Bo's, you are missing out, go there right now, seriously.

It’s actually kinda crazy I haven’t left a review for this place yet... When I first moved to bend, I had the unfortunate experience of eating bagels that were not from here. I was left feeling disappointed, disheartened, and hungry. Welcome, Bo’s. When they were hustling in the first location with a tent and a food truck on Galveston, people braved the cold with their pufffy jackets just for a taste of these bad boys. I refer to the time they briefly closed before opening their own permanent location as the dark days. But then they came better than ever, expanding their menu, now with flavored vegan cream cheese options, the best gluten free bagels this side of the Mississippi, the heartiest breakfast bagel Sammie’s you could dream of. I have nursed a broken heart here, met the love of my life here, giggled with my friends here. The kitchen staff is sweet, the owner even sweeter, no matter how crazy the world gets. Bo’s Must Be The Place. Get your bagels here. And if you know what’s good for you, you’ll get a bag of day olds too. I love you Bo’s. See you tomorrow, probably.
