Yowza, this place is a must when you’re in Bend. Who knew somewhere called Bo’s falafel would have such delicious bagels?! Got the salted honey rosemary with strawberry cream cheese on the recommendation of the amazing Claire at the counter and she did not steer me wrong! Amazing! Probably coming back for lunch today, haha.

I love this place so much. I often get a breakfast bagel on my way in to work, and it’s consistent and yummy every time.
My favorite thing is the service - the sweet blonde girl who always makes sure it’s ready for me to grab and run makes my day. I’m always in a hurry, and her attention to that helps my day go smoothly.

Don't walk, run yourself over to get some of the best falafel west of the Mississippi. Super crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavorful herbs. Don't let the pic fool you, the portion size was huge and I needed a nap immediately afterwards.
