Came during business hours (tuesday at 1:45p) and the cart is locked with nobody inside and no sign up or anything. This was after double checking google to see if they're open, and driving from the other side of town to get here. Mega lame.
You gotta be open during your posted business hours to get a good review.

Amazing Boba!! Look for the Turquoise food truck in the parking lot. Took us a bit to find it as we didn’t know to look for a food truck.

Out of all the bubble tea shops in town and even out of town, this has to be my absolute favorite! The people here are always so kind and remember my order even if months go by!! If you are a tea person, a boba person, or even if you don't like either, I think you'll like this if you give it a shot :)

The best boba in Central Oregon! So many boba places have boba that is too hard or too soft and they nail it every time!! The service and selection are above and beyond, quick and delicious! I recommend the mango milk tea at 100% sweetness with an extra scoop of boba, you will not regret it!
The milk tea was pretty good. The pearls were hard and undercooked, which was really disappointing.

I go here about once a week after school, and I love it! My favorites are the Okinawa (brown sugar), Thai, and Peach teas. I haven’t tried their jellies, but their regular tapioca bobas are always great. The workers are always so sweet and friendly. Definitely worth stopping by, whether you live in Bend or are visiting.
