We visited with good friends over the holidays. This was a 10-star experience from the time we walked in to the very end. How often is it post-Covid that servers are impeccable and actually happy to see you? The dress code was immaculate, prepared. Servers well groomed. Literate. Knowledgeable about the menu. Our server, Todd, was every bit a consummate professional. Each course was absolutely perfect. Delectable. Well-presented. For this price point, one does expect some level of perfection. Bos Taurus definitely exceeded our expectations and gave us a memorable experience on every detail that we will treasure.

Pure insanity. I’ve never had steak this good. To…..DIE……FOR!!! We met Chef Ainslie….she can’t be more than 21…what a boss. She absolutely crushed our two steak choices, so perfectly done. Oysters and brisket to start….perfect. Mac/Cheese and collards….perfect. Location and setting…..perfect. The interior is stunning. Incredible experience.

Bos Taurus doesn’t feel like dining in Bend - in a good way. - 1st class impeccable service - unique, flavorful dishes. My favorite was the scallop noodle - great wine. Like, that’s some really great wine, man.

Todd was our server, and he is a true professional. I have never had better service than I had with Todd. The food is excellent no doubt. However its the service that makes this place stand out from any other establishment in Bend. Request a table with Todd and you will see what I am talking about.

Bend restaurants have a tendency of really falling off of a cliff in terms of quality, so I was skeptical of my return. I'm very pleased to have been dead wrong! Bos Taurus was exactly the opposite in that it's seemingly improved in the years since it's opened. The food was exceptional and the service even more phenomenal. While there have been other steak restaurants that have come and gone in Bend, Bos Taurus has stuck around for good reason!

Everything about this place was on a whole other level! Expensive? Yes but WELL WORTH IT. Food comes out not quick but didn't take long it was perfect actually. It was our anniversary and they offered us some free champagne 🍾 that was awesome and they went down the menu for us and explained everything in great detail. Love this place! And will return again soon I hope.

We went here for a date night, we have 3 kids and rarely get out especially to a nice place like this. The food, environment, and particularly our server Elijah was absolutely incredible. He made the experience even more personable and unique. The food was utterly delicious. What a great experience thank you Elijah!!

Wow! I haven’t experienced such an incredible tasting experience since Toro Bravo 2010! This might be the best restaurant in Bend. Seriously. Everything that we tried was phenomenal. Sarah was great..didn’t meet chef Ryan…but man, they’ve got something awesome going on in the kitchen!

We celebrated a wedding anniversary here while on a trip to Bend. The wait staff and kitchen were very attentive and generous and really made our evening feel special. The small extra touches they added to the food and presentation were very tastefully done and the food was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed wine, old fashioned and bubbles and all drinks were very good. You will not go wrong booked a table here for a special occasion or just a dinner to catch up with friends.

We had a great night at Bos Taurus, sat on the patio with our pup, Jeremy our server was very polite and knowledgeable. Drinks were good & strong, appetizers were on another level of good, A5 waegu was phenomenal, the potato and brussels sprout sides were very good. This was more of a dinning experience. The amount of steaks from different ranchers was surprising. Jeremy did a great job explaining the difference between the steaks. We were also lucky enough to have a street performer that was singing old school rat pack music, serenading us during our dinner. We will be back, what a great experience.
