this is a high end pizza, NY style, great ingredients and quality. personally this guy rivals Kens artisan pizza. both in quality and quantity.
a hidden gem. only wish is if he was located somewhere else. he would absolutely go viral

Best pizza I’ve had in a long while and the prices actually make sense.

I don't understand the great reviews. I rarely leave a bad review, but the pizza was very underwhelming. The sauce and toppings were all very light. It was basically eating bread with sporadic toppings for flavor. The outdoor area is nice, but it backs right up to the freeway. You hear a constant stream of traffic noise. I would never come back to this place.

Went there to get a slice because the google pictures show it and even show price for a slice and they don't do slices anymore

The level of pizza coming out of this little truck is absolutely unbelievable. I am pretty well traveled in the PNW, and have eaten at over 12 separate pizza establishments in Seattle alone. This is the 6th place I have had pizza from in Bend, and the 7th in Oregon. Crust; Perfect, blistered just so. Undercarriage, toasty brown and crisp, even after driving 20mins home. Sauce; tart and only slightly sweet from the intense heat of whatever magical wizard oven Bowen has secreted into his truck. Toppings; Dispersed perfectly, and not overbearing (so many places get this wrong). Cheese selection is impeccable. The balance of flavors in both pies I bought were as they should be. After my first bite of the white veggie pie, I had to google Bowen. The second piece of information I gleaned was that he is but 19 years of age. It almost seems impossible. This is the best pizza in Bend, and dare I say all of Oregon, if not the PNW. Bowen, from one pizza junkie to another…. You are absolutely saluted.

The five stars aren’t a coincidence. Some of the best pizza I’ve had outside NYC, fair price, and located within the greatest outdoor venue in Bend.

Idk when I walk up and he says it'll take a bit longer because he needs to make more sauce was the first sign this is some legit pizza. Best ive ever had in the Bend area! Thin perfectly crunchy crust and flavor is incredible🤌

We tried this random pizza food truck tucked in a back alley passing through Bend on a road trip even though we are very picky about pizza (and had low expectations). I have to say: it was very good. The crust was flavorful and well charred, other ingredients tasted high quality. I think I spied a Bianco can which is always a good sign. Maybe a bit heavy on the parmesan for my taste but overall really quite good.
All that said, I tried to order slices at like 6:30PM and they were no longer serving them to avoid waste. I ordered a whole pie on a whim, but really, if it's still like peak dinner hours you should probably keep baking pies for slices. I was very close to walking away empty handed, which in this case would've been a shame!
Idk how long this food truck will exist given the odd location and business practices, but the pizza is actually good, I'd be surprised if there's a better spot in town at the time of writing (the other options look like west coast slop).

Best pizza I've had hands down.
It's crispy on the outside, with very slightly chewy thin crust, its fresh and so simple but so good. I've never been to New York, but I imagine this is as close as you'll get to New York style pizza. Great price, friendly staff, addictive Pizza 🍕
Love that Charr on the pizza!
