The level of pizza coming out of this little truck is absolutely unbelievable. I am pretty well traveled in the PNW, and have eaten at over 12 separate pizza establishments in Seattle alone. This is the 6th place I have had pizza from in Bend, and the 7th in Oregon.
Crust; Perfect, blistered just so. Undercarriage, toasty brown and crisp, even after driving 20mins home.
Sauce; tart and only slightly sweet from the intense heat of whatever magical wizard oven Bowen has secreted...
