Bowtie catered our wedding at Pole Creek Ranch, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. My partner and I were not able to make the tastings because we live out of the country, so we tasted the food for the first time on the day of the wedding. I was blown away by how good it was, and I had so many guests (like so many) tell me it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. We chose to do all 'passed' appetizers as opposed to a grazing table, and I would highly recommend. Their staff was so kind and professional, including their bartenders. I have no complaints, they were so easy to work with and did such an amazing job.
