Bowtie catered our wedding at Pole Creek Ranch, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Such great service, they took the time to check on me and my husband, the food was hot and delicious (we ordered the build your own pasta bar) and everyone at our wedding loved it. They also handled all of the cleanup and leftovers, it was so amazing. I highly recommend Bowtie!!
