Really wanted to enjoy the prime rib but it was very dry And tough ( I chose an end piece ). Service was excellent in spite of a power outage in the area ! Ambiance is wonderful too !

We greatly appreciate knowing we can count on Brickhouse for a nice evening out. Great cocktails, beautiful ambience whether sitting at the bar or in the fireplace room, consistently good food and great service. I do wish the noise level was lower as it is hard to find quiet, intimate dining in Bend. But this is definitely one of the best in Bend. The waitstaff are all great. We are never disappointed.

We were seated quickly, as we arrived on time for our reservation. The service was excellent. We had the wedge salad with a ribeye steak. The meat was cooked to our perfection, maybe a little bit salty, but still very good. We had the Marionberry cobbler for dessert which was large enough for two. The cocktails are excellent and there was a good variety of specialty cocktails. The room was very cozy with a fireplace going. It was an excellent choice for a romantic and special dinner. I would also like to mention that there is a city parking garage just across the street, which made parking a breeze and it was very cheap.

We had Two beet salads which were okay, not great. A lot of beets but not much other toppings. The tri tip was dry. I had asked for medium-rare but they couldn't make that possible. Service was great! Manager checking in was a nice touch. I'd go back but order differently.

American Waygu rib eye steak and wedge salad were great. Main server was poor. Old Fashioned just Ok. Tried to seat us in the back large-party room. Terrible, but I had them move us to main dining room. Ambience very average.

We sat at the bar to eat.. the bartender gave awesome service despite 4 different parties sitting down within minutes of each other. The pork ossobucco was fantastic. Very reasonably priced food. We will return when visiting Bend again
