Older guy at the front working today needs to be retrained or something with that kind of attitude. Didn’t answer the phone when I called three times about an order and then is completely rude after I drive all the way across town to pick it up. It’s a small order and they wouldn’t even make it again - mind you, it’s completely empty in the restaurant. Treat delivery drivers with respect. Also, the food here always takes forever and is not great compared to other burger kings.

I have never waited so long for fast food. At first I thought it was just the particular day.. maybe they had a few workers call in sick or something. But then I subjected myself to the same torture on a different day. Nope. No difference. I even ordered from the app. It's like they have one worker taking orders and the same worker is flipping and bagging. No wait.. It's like they have one worker taking orders, then putting on their slaughter gear, driving to a farm, killing and butchering a cow, grinding up the beef, throwing it in the freezer then smashing the patties... You get the idea. Yes during lunchtime I keep subjecting myself to this. I'm just going to drive home and make my lunch. Yes, it's that bad.

1 star because even in the drive through it takes 20 minutes to get food... And your forced to go through the entire drive through if you run out of time on your lunch break, I work a block away and still spend 30 waiting to get my food...

Every time we give this location a try hoping staff got better, it doesnt. Dont understand how consistently 2 people in drive thru line take 10 plus minutes to get their food. Its been this way for years now.

Went to the Burger King in Bend Oregon to grab a quick bite during our trip home. The WORST service I have ever had. The food came 15 minutes after ordering and it was cold. Talked to the manager and instead of her managing her people she remade the burgers herself. NO sense of urgency to serve the customers after us. The 2 staff in the front barely acknowledged anyone in the dining room. This is the second Oregon Burger King that was mismanaged.
