Worst Burger King in Central oregon. Staff EXTREMELY RUDE AND PUSHY, zero customer service skills. I was on my phone downloading coupons out of line and Hayden snarked off with a comment about me being on my phone, wifi not the greatest so took me a minute, not to mention you feel like you can contract hepatitis just by walking through the doors, especially in the restrooms. Clearly management does nor care about customer service or cleanliness. Save your money and heath with this BK

I’ve been eating ice cream ever since I can remember, it’s one of the things that truly makes someone an American. Today the eagles won the Super Bowl, and we went to Burger King to celebrate. They didn’t disappoint with their world class soft serve ice cream. I’d say it’s some of the best you can get. Only a dollar too. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend anything else on the menu though.

Food was old. chicken was hard like crunchy . I got my burger and the wrapper was wet. Why is it wet? Burger bun was soggy. Burger King has gone down hill so bad. Tasted awful. Won’t be returning.

The service today was above and beyond. I think Helen is one of my new favorite fast food orders. While we had a personal coversation about the promotional adams family and beatleguise during the order, she was able to not only take my order accurately, but told me about making the side items I ordered, into combo meals to save me money! From start to finish, I just felt like this was the best fast food experience ever for me. Helen, thank you again. - Danny

We visited this location a couple weeks ago and enjoyed our visit so thought we'd give it a try again. Big difference. Both our orders were made wrong, and burgers were barely warm, plus buns were totally stale. Staff seemed a little clueless as well. They don't seem to keep this location very clean either. Won't be back....

KAIDEN IS THE SWEETEST EMPLOYEE IN THE WORLD!!!
I never write reviews especially for fast food places, but I genuinely think I just had the best customer service experience of my life. Kaiden went above and beyond making sure we had enough sugar & creamer for our coffee, and stirrers as well. He made sure we had sauce for our food and filled up our hash brown containers to the top. Made mine & my partners day, I’d come back to this location just for Kaiden! :3 ❤️

This is the best BK in the area. I wish this BK was as good as Redmond's. Food was piping hot, fries were crispy and hot. The young man that was at the drive-thru window was courteous and friendly. The food came to me within 5 minutes unlike Redmond, you have to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru to get your food. This location is my go-to now.
