I ordered a large Fry through DoorDash I got a burger. This is the size I get? I don’t know but that’s not a large. Haven’t eaten all day since then and I am super disappointed. The only reason I have it a 3 star is because the food didn’t taste bad (cold but not bad)

Food is comparable to other fast food burger joints. I get the grilled chicken sandwich a lot as a healthy choice. You can’t find grilled chicken sandwiches anywhere in fast food any more. Burgers are good too. The website has the nutrition info customized to exactly how you ordered it. That’s important because I track my food every day to watch my health.

While I appreciate the freshness of the ingredients and always respected that their burgers are pricier than most, $15 for a burger and 25 french fries is egregious. Additionally, the local chain owner has the audacity to place a tip option on the drive thru device.

Burger was fresh and delish, smiles on workers faces, and Kyle did an amazing job. Will be back!

We lived on the Westside of the state and have frequented other Burgerville locations...
I'm hopeful we got an off day- as Burgerville and their seasonal local treats is something we love and are willing to pay for...
but this first visit to the Bend location was a huge disappointment.
The burger my nephew got was cold and *looked* like it had been sitting out for hours (he confirmed it was cold and tasted old).
I got the smallest amount of sweet potato fries imaginable, it was shocking how few fries were in the little bag. This may be a corporate shift- but when I buy the special fries they usually come in a little basket and the small was always enough... this was the size of a McDonald's happy meal fry. Very disappointing.
I also got their peach/cherry cobbler dessert thing- it was all syrupy and not the fresh local goodness you expect from the Burgerville specials.
We'll give it another shot and next time I'll take photos or video (we did the drive thru- we were in the middle of a hectic move). Right now I'm worried that Burgerville has taken a nosedive or that this location is too far removed... we'll see!

I went through the drive through to get 2 combos and it was over $40.00!!! This is insane for that piece I would much rather go to five guys. I skipped my order and left never again will I visit this establishment.

I've been here twice now and each time they mess up my order.
This time they forgot my gfs sandwich entirely and gave me a single instead of the double we purchased
The burger is pretty much a McDonald's burger.
I'll give them props for the gluten free bun. They really need to step up there drive though game
Save your time and money and go to super deluxe

When Burgervile first opened they had this A team that made very good food but now that they have gone there is just a bunch of kids running it into the ground. If I had to guess I would say there is nobody over 21 working. I have gone several times since I live nearby. On my last few recent visits I got a chicken sandwich that tasted like fish, The Oktoberfest burger was awful, way too much cheese and tasted strange. They removed the onion rings, which were the best thing on the menu.
Saying it's seasonal makes no sense to me, Dandy's has them year round and they actually care about quality food.
The owner says they can do better a LOT but that had not transpired. I have spoken with the manager on the phone, he was rude, annoyed and does not seem to care.
My final point is prices, The cost of a meal easily goes over twenty dollars, a travesty for the quality offered. Either fix this or restructure you prices or y'all are not going to last very long. Maybe tourists will accept sub par quality but locals have a ton of options. So many people come here thinking they will dominate the food industry here because they see Bend as some podunk nothing place but I have seen so many leave with their tails between their legs.

I grew up going to burgerville and was very happy to be able to go back while traveling through oregon. The food is amazing very progressive! We had a breakfast burrito and the French toast with marionberry oh my goodness. It was quite delicious! Will definitely be going back every time we come through. The staff was helpful and kind. Letting them know I haven't been there in a long time they gave me great recommendations..
