It wasn't obvious it was a wet burrito. Not my style. The waiter asked what kind of sauce I liked. I assumed it was for me to use like a condiment like you would get in most Mexican places, My burrito came covered in sauce, with cheese and sour cream on it. If I wanted an enchilada I would have ordered an enchilada. That said, it was tasty, but not what I was looking for. Also, be aware that this is a sit-down restaurant. I was expecting counter service, not full service.
The margarita was good.
I've heard the breakfast burritos are good, and would be tempted to try those, but again I'm not into sit-down dining for a burrito.

We went there for the first time today for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Their coffee is delicious and so is their food. I had the chilaquiles and my hubby had the huevos rancheros. The inside was nice but I think it would be more inviting to passerby's if they did something to doll up the outside in front. It is just dirt and weeds and you’d think it was unoccupied. Regardless of that we will be back to try more of their menu items.

Pleasant atmosphere. Food was absolutely delicious (would have added pictures, but the food was too good to stop eating). Plated very nicely. Grace was our server, she's a delight! Will definitely be returning!

Got the heuvos ranchers (vegetarian if that matters to you). So good, and large portion.

I've gotten the Mexican burrito a few times with extra bacon no egg it's always warm, completely packed with flavors the only downside is I would prefer if they would cook their bacon a little bit longer because it's kind of chewy. Which I'll definitely ask for extra crispy next time. Now the side sauces;I get the green every time it is a little bit different but it is always kind of sweet and vinegary.Personally I would bring my own salsa most times because that is not my preference of flavor. However overall just a great experience and a wonderful staff

We learned about Burrito Hooch from a friend who lives in Washington State, who is a friend of the owner, Chris, so we decided to check it out. We're so glad we did!! Delicious food and friendly service!! Chris was very accommodating to my dietary needs; really appreciate that!! If you haven't tried this place yet, you need to!! We will definitely go back!

Solid food, nice owner
I've been in a few times for breakfast burritos, and definitely want to come back for dinner and happy hour.
Breakfast burritos are solid. Really nice crispy potatoes. My standard for a burrito place is that they have good house made salsa. The hooch delivers for this also.
The owner, Chris is usually around and is a great guy to talk with.
They have good early morning hours so you can grab a burrito before you head to work or for your outdoor adventure of the day.
Interior decorating is quirky, interesting, and very clean.

Just sad I didn’t try this way sooner!!! Nachos with chicken were so good! Reminded me of texmex without the queso but still tons of flavor. Wife had shrimp burrito with chipotle sauce and it was dream worthy. Can’t wait to come back!

Cool addition to the Bend burrito scene. The Baja style wet burritos are tasty and hit a perfect craving after a day in the mountains. The happy hour specials are a great value, but the cocktails normally are a bit pricey for how casual this spot is. I tried the carnitas and the carne asada and both were quite good. Not extravagant food, but this is everything it is trying to be. The people here are so friendly as well. Would definitely go back.
