Went there to get my bowl asked for chicken didn’t get chicken, the manager I’m assuming Ashley had a bitchy attitude bitching around her coworkers when she took my order she was so passive aggressive and was just rude then her coworker asked her for something and she was rude to him and told him basically no that she was already leaving (she wasn’t) she was huffing and puffing at him saying ughh ughhh like everything was a bother to her. She needs to be talked to bc no one deserves to be talked to like that we are all people. Feel bad for the kid

They have, I must say a pretty darn good chili. I asked for a sample of it so I can see if I like it and they gave me a small bowl to sample.Well.I ended up buying one. It warms up nicely for lunch.
First of all food was disgusting “tula” I think the girls name was, was disgustingly rude. Floors were sticky. The girl was genuinely rude and very argumentative with me when all I asked was for my food to be fixed and I am very disappointed I used to enjoy coming in often this place has really went down hill.
The food is great if you want to eat healthy.
Yumm as always. Highly recommend.
Customer service tonight was not good by any means. Came up to the counter and took about a minute before the guy running the stand stopped chatting with the kitchen staff and realized I was there.... Ordered to go, the food comes up and sits open in the window for about 10 minutes while the staff in the back stands around and chats with each other. Like there's no one else in the restaurant, besides one other dude ordering and I can see 3 staff members just standing around, I can't have my order? Just a bizarre experience. Good thing yum bowls are still good cold.
Always fast and fresh!! Love the service here everyone really knows the menu and seems to care about their job.
Deelish ??

I've been going to Cafe Yumm in Bend (either location) for 10 years. The last few years it has been going downhill, just as many restaurants have. I haven't been here for a few months so we decided to give it another shot yesterday. I ordered the new spicy teriyaki yumm bowl. The presentation was beautiful but my first thought was that the portion was very small for $15. The amount of yumm sauce was lacking. There must have been less than a spoonful of it in the bowl. Same thing with my mom's dish. It seems that the tofu is smaller now, too. Shrinkflation at its finest. Pretty disappointing experience. I don't make a lot of money, and I'm done wasting it here. From now on, I'm just going to purchase the sauce and make yumm bowls at home. I suggest you do the same!

All the people working here were so funny. I love them. I would die for them. I wish I could come back everyday. The vibe here is amazing. Never have I enjoyed a meal so much and been so fearful for my life at the same time.

I love the concept and the food, but the portions just don’t cut it for a $17 meal. Unfortunately, this bowl ended up being an appetizer and I’m going to have to go to Life and Time for dinner.
Very rarely do I have a bad experience here. Everything is correct and delicious!

I have ordered from them for a while now. Recently they just started giving you way smaller portions of sour cream and avocado inside the original yumm bowl. It's ridiculous
