I usually love this carl's jr, the cooks and the service is usually TOP Tier.
However whoever was working the shift of 2/19/25 @7pm taking orders, was TERRIBLE. I'm a true food critic, the food is good and staff is USUALLY great and friendly. However the night of 2/19 @ 7pm was SO terrible i just left.
Off the bat the woman worker just passed me onto a male worker and he couldn't even say my order correctly, wouldn't even tell me my total. Just overall super bad experience.
I would give this carl's Jr a chance because they're typically good, but don't go on a Wednesday evening.

This is my favorite Carls Jr I've ever been to. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their shakes are the best in town. And the staff is always friendly and professional. Tina, who I believe is a supervisor or manager, has worked there for as long as I can remember, and always recognizes me when I come in. She goes above and beyond.

Do not buy ANYTHING with bacon. They don't leave it in the microwave long enough and its not cooked all the way. Crispy chicken sandwich is good when they remember to put all the toppings on (lettuce and tomato). Big Carl is about the only thing worth eating.

Went there for “national cheeseburger day”. Supposed to get burgers half off. Didn’t happen. Took forever. Two groups that placed orders after us got their food first. Then they messed up by melting cheese on my picky kiddo’s hamburger. Went there after a long, stressful day and it was pile of crap on top of a bad day. I thought I remembered Carl’s Jr as being better quality than McDonald’s. Not anymore

I have never had such great service at a fast food shop. I ordered through the app and accidentally put the wrong address. The lady took care of it, no questions asked. Took 45 minutes when I made that mistake at BK.

Can't even make a order correct my wife asked for cheese on a chicken sandwich they handed her two sandwiches with two handful of lettuce both sandwiches were soggy and un eatable. Girl at the window even repeated the order and still couldn't get it right ... Worst experience and a waste of $10

Carl Jr. has great food and some of the best shakes you could ever ask for but this particular Carl Jr.’s had me a bit upset. My coworkers were taking videos of themselves at the security monitor after making an order and the lady who took the order stated that, “You guys are acting like girl”! That was very unprofessional behavior. Regardless of what her personal opinion is, as a representative of Carl Jr.’s comments of that nature goes against everything she was taught in training.
