It's still fast food, so not great, but good enough for a meal in a hurry. Plus the crisp cut fries are great, and I don't know of anywhere else to get them.
Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong sandwich and I didn't realize it till I got home. And they didn't answer the phone when I called to ask them about it. The receipt shows the correct sandwhich, but the wrong one in the bag. Maybe someone else got my sandwhich.

For the last few years, this Carl's store has had the best and most exceptional staff working and serving. The management and staff works hard to make sure that everyone being served receives excellent service.
I usually love this carl's jr, the cooks and the service is usually TOP Tier.
However whoever was working the shift of 2/19/25 @7pm taking orders, was TERRIBLE. I'm a true food critic, the food is good and staff is USUALLY great and friendly. However the night of 2/19 @ 7pm was SO terrible i just left.
Off the bat the woman worker just passed me onto a male worker and he couldn't even say my order correctly, wouldn't even tell me my total. Just overall super bad experience.
I would give this carl's Jr a chance because they're typically good, but don't go on a Wednesday evening.
