I honestly found a few hairs in my burger. They looked like fuzzy hair from a sweater or something but I was in the Army and I have had worse. I picked them out and still ate it. Went through the drive through and also just an FYI in the military you don't mess with the people handling your food. Military and civilian all the same... don't ever send the food back unless you plan on NOT eating at that particular establishment! I would bet 9 times out of ten if you complain about your food it will come back with something worse. Just an FYI.

If you want a burger, go literally anywhere else. Not sure how this chain is still alive selling burgers like they do. After rifling through 7 extensive layers of foliage and fauna I finally found a very small, sad excuse for a patty. Go else where for burgers, theres a lot of better options here in Bend. Support local. :)
It's still fast food, so not great, but good enough for a meal in a hurry. Plus the crisp cut fries are great, and I don't know of anywhere else to get them.
Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong sandwich and I didn't realize it till I got home. And they didn't answer the phone when I called to ask them about it. The receipt shows the correct sandwhich, but the wrong one in the bag. Maybe someone else got my sandwhich.
