After each meal, he made sure the area was spotless, and all leftover food was carefully wrapped and saved, perfectly prepared for us to use for the next day's lunches. Our wedding “all meat” heavy appetizers were amazing!!!! We had everything from bacon-wrapped shrimp to salmon roll-up sandwiches to curry chicken and sausage skewers AND MORE. The charcuterie board Ken put together was a work of art unto itself! He was so responsive, so easy to work with and just a wonderful addition to our small wedding gathering. It was weird to NOT be in my own kitchen serving my guests, but Ken gently reminded me that I was THE BRIDE and that he could pour drinks, keep things tidy and care of things. He was just amazing! 5 stars is not enough!!! 10!20!100 stars! I could not recommend him more highly!!!!

Needed a fruit tart for my mother in laws birthday and found this on a quick whim and I am so glad I did cause this was the most amazing fruit tart I have ever had. Best we all had everyone loved it literally they all said it was amazing. Definitely will be back for all my baking needs cause this was just too damn good. Highly recommend 100/10 ❤

You need catering, please use Cascade Catering. We've used them multiple times for our business meetings and it is unparalleled service. I fly all over country and host many events, and also have had many catering companies. I've never seen and eaten anything as good as what these guys produce. Trust me, go with Cascade Catering.
