Ken was an absolute legend helping our crew of 18 stay fed and happy during a shoot in Bend! Can’t recommend him enough. Food was delicious, filling and full of variety for all of dietary restrictions. He came and set up dinner at our house while we were out so we could arrive back to a warm meal and delivered lunches so we could eat out on trail. Communication was easy and efficient. Thanks Ken!
We highly recommend Cascade Catering and will be booking them again! The food was spectacular for our New Year’s Eve party and Ken was so great to work with. He helped us develop the menu and was responsive and flexible with everything that came up. I wish we’d taken more pictures but highlights include the bacon-wrapped shrimp, buffalo chicken meatballs, sliders, beautiful fruit platter and charcuterie board.
