“We recently used Bleu Bite Catering for a large party (about 70 people) that doubled as a housewarming and 30th anniversary celebration — and they were fantastic from start to finish! From planning to execution, the team was professional, creative, and a pleasure to work with. I sent them a list of appetizers we liked from their menu, and they helped refine the selection by removing similar items and suggesting great alternatives. The result was a delicious and varied spread that our guests couldn’t stop raving about — the bacon-wrapped shrimp, chimichurri steak skewers, and crostini bar were especially big hits. The on-site team was just as impressive. The setup was beautiful — they even incorporated some of my own decorations into the table décor to fit our theme. The server, Kiki, and bartender, Louie, were excellent: friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. And the woman who came to set everything up (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) had an incredible eye for detail and made sure everything was perfect. This was our second time using Bleu Bite, but our first time hiring a server and bartender — and it was absolutely worth it. They took so much stress off of us so we could actually enjoy our own party. If you’re looking for a caterer in Bend, I highly recommend Bleu Bite.
