Every time we order (to-go) it’s enough food for 2 people for 3 meals. Very generous portions. The beef is NOT over tenderized, which is my pet peeve. Fast service and they always get our order right.

Food was bland. I have been going here for years. I was very disappointed and wondering if there is a new cook. So sad! I had the combination of chicken subgum, fried shrimp, sweet & sour chicken, fried rice. No flavor! I will wait to here from others before I try it again.

The only thing on my order that was even close to good was the spring roll. The hot and sour soup had a bunch of stuff that didn't belong and no black fungus. The garlic green beans were hammered and inedible. The pork fried rice was dry and flavorless. The only good thing was they comped my meal when they saw I didn't eat it.

I would not return or recommend.

Had tofu vegetable lunch special, sadly, it was below average. Good service by an older lady though.

I ordered take out last night and the wait time was ridiculous. I was told 15 to 20 min it was 40 min, the chicken on the pineapple chicken was like rubber and the breaded chicken for my sweet and sour chicken was so dry and tough. I feel like they forgot my dinner actually. I could not even pierce chicken with plastic fork. Highly disappointed for my first time trying Chans in Bend. I will give it another try sometime but not to go. So far Chans in Redmond is the winner.

MASSIVE portions, including for the lunch special, which has a lunch price, but not a lunch portion. You’ll have leftovers. Great value.

We sat in the bar for lunch. We each had lunch specials and subbed yakisoba noodles. She had sweet and sour chicken and I had broccoli beef. I was thinking it would be nice to take some home. Ha! I had 4 meals out of my portion! My friend had 3. We were told it was good and it was proved true!!
