This place is awesome. I have never had a bad experience going there for dinner. The gentleman behind the bar is not only an amazing bartender with exceptional recommendations for food, but also made us feel like we were welcome. Great place, great folks working there, great food!!

I went to Chi last Friday, while my boyfriend’s parents were in town. Our server was Sammy, and she was awesome! She had a great sense of humor, which my boyfriend’s dad really enjoyed, and gave us excellent service. Each of our dishes, sushi and hot dishes, were all so good. My boyfriend’s mom has a shrimp allergy, and everyone was really helpful keeping things separated. Our hostess and bus boy were also really helpful, although I didn’t catch their names. Thank you so much for making our time there a great one! We’ll definitely be back. :)
The Chinese food was delicious, my sushi roll was okay, and the service was poor. Our server forgot about us multiple times. Every table after us got their drinks and food before us. Our server would walk by us and not acknowledge us, I was very disappointed in our service.

Every time I go here it is absolute perfection from the service to the drinks to the menu you can never go wrong. This is what service should be like. You can find it in Los Angeles you can even find it in Portland and Seattle. But yes we have it right here in Bend. This is the place I want to go when I want to take friends or family.

Love the sushi and service here but their lack of updating online for vacation closures that are weeks long is extremely frustrating. Has happened a few times where you get there and it’s a sign on the door but online says they’re open. What’s the point if the online info isn’t even up to date.

Food and service are amazing. Our server Kristina was very knowledgeable and shared her favorites which are now our favorites. Every item we ordered brought delight to our palette. Wish we could eat it all. We will tonight. We were there during dim sum, so need to make a reservation.
