We came here for dim sum. Being half Chinese, I grew up eating dim sum all the time in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since moving to Bend, I've been curious about Chi's dim sum. I transport items all over the country and love trying new places. This place is excellent. Clean, fresh & good service. The pot stickers & haystacks were well cooked and seasoned. Sashimi is all I eat. Salmon, fatty tuna, yellow tuna, butter fish all good quality, cold, fresh. I had 2nds of everything. Try and get there when they 1st open to beat the rush as they are only open 5hrs. Takeout is just as busy as sit down to eat. It's that good!
Friends said it’s their favorite sushi in Bend, so we went to check it out. It was unbelievably good! Appetizers were the Saigon spring rolls and Moo Sho pork roll. Both fantastic! And then sushi… two nigiri and three rolls. All amazing. Maybe the best meal we’ve ever had in Bend… lived here five years. The service and decor/setting is great too. I can’t wait to go back!
