This is consistently the worst chick fil a I have ever been to - most notably the service is terrible. We order ahead on the app for mobile through, carry out, and various other options and have to wait for extended periods of time every time while there are a bunch of people in the back standing around.

On a visit on Aug 28, 25…I waited 20 min. Inside, started at 1:55, In line with just one person taking orders & 6 people-in front of me. My husband was seated in the dining room waiting. I didn’t get our order taken until 2:15!!. It was dine in , but our food was delivered in a sack. The dining room had food under and around every booth & table. This is the first time, in many visits, that it was not a good experience!!

We love Chick Fil A and we travel a lot. I couldn't imagine giving a Chick Fil A less than 4 stars of something was off or weird- and if it felt temporary I wouldn't even leave a review.
No this was beyond that.
The store was so dirty, employees weren't friendly or approachable, the employee cleaning the floor literally said no words and just stared/walked up to me in a way that I had to move to not be pushed aside.
Our food was wrong, I stopped online to get it corrected for so long with employees refusing to look at those if us in line. They seemed really busy, but it wasn't very busy at all. Maybe 4 or 5 tables. Then we got the corrected food and it seemed sad, soggy, and off.
When I asked for a refill on water I was met with eye roll. That's literally never happened before.
Just nothing like you'd except from Chick Fil A normally. It was our first time visiting Bend

This is just a basic typical Chick-fil-A, nothing special, my kids seem to like it well enough.But there is absolutely nothing positive to say about the parking or drive through in this area, what a complete cluster. I would absolutely avoid this area during any peak hours.

I’m Chick Fil A’s number one fan and customer. Have been to hundreds across the country. The Bend location does everything well except for one important thing: French fries. The fries are always hard-ish here. Like dry, crunchy-ish, and seemingly overcooked. I eat here often and I thought it was just a few off meals, but no, these fries are consistently overcooked. As we all know, the fries are equal to the chicken sandwich for why we come here. I’ll still give them my business but sincerely request an adjustment to the fries. For all of us :)

Easily the slowest chick-fil-a that I have ever experienced. Doesn’t matter if there 3 people or 20 people in front of you in the drive through - it’s gonna take 20+ minutes to get your food. This is very different from the CFA experience I have had in other states (namely AL and GA), where the lines are ALWAYS long, but the staff are professionals and keep things moving.

They also got my order wrong today, which is incredibly rare for any chick fil a that I have been to.

I moved here from the South, where CFA is its own religion... Perhaps my expectations are set incorrectly as a result. Regardless, I will be joining my girlfriend at Kefi across the street from now on, and reserve my CFA visits for when I travel to see my family in Georgia. Sad… but I must adapt.

Also, they really need to wrap the drive through line into the lot in front of MOD pizza and the liquor store. The current arrangement sees the line have to cross 2 intersections when it gets long, and out into Nels Anderson Road during peak lunch. Not ideal. I guarantee they’re losing customers when people see the line starts in the road.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Chick-fil-A in Bend, Oregon. The service was unsatisfactory — staff seemed distracted and not very attentive. The food was just okay, nothing special, and unfortunately, I ended up feeling sick afterward. Definitely not up to the high standards I expected from Chick-fil-A. Would not recommend.

Been here two times now in the last month, with the family. Every time, they forgot part of the order or mixed it up somehow. I know it can happen but it’s frustrating and takes additional time waiting for your food.
Otherwise, normal fast food restaurant atmosphere with a decent inside. Has a little enclosed kids play area.
