PLEASE REMOVE GLOVES AFTER HANDLING CASH! Do you not realize how gross and germy money is? I've seen them handle cash with gloves THEN use the gloved hands to make your food and THEN come deliver food outside with gloves on. Gloves needs to be off making foods or change them! Your spreading germs. Please learn proper glove usage during making food and handling money.

Young girl taking orders asked what the 2 of us wanted to order 4 times and still got it wrong. Understaffed or poorly trained but maybe don’t have a 16 year old being the only one taking orders when it’s super busy

Tried Chick-Fil-A for the first time ever today. Completely underwhelmed! Totally unimpressed! First picture is their Cobb salad ??on the menu. Second picture is what I got. There was only ½ an egg in the entire salad! ? There might be a couple tomatoes, maybe. I also tried the grilled chicken sandwich. It was ok but I wouldn't eat it again. The waffle fries however were yummy! ? It's too bad because I want to support Christian businesses whenever I can. There was a sign @ window that said "let's break a record, 150 cars in 1 hour. August 30, 12:00-1:00 PM". After this 1st & only visit there, I wouldn't help break that record! ?

This was My first time at Chick-fil-A. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very busy and things were getting a little messy, including the washrooms. Overall it was great.
Worst food experience!! Service was great but my southwest wrap was dry, no sauce and fell apart, lettuce was soggy! My husband's spicy deluxe was dry, the lettuce was soggy, tomato was brown and chicken was burnt and dry and he did not get his large fries! My sons chicken nugget meal was burnt and extremely dry!! Only good thing was the drinks! Please refund our money and review will go to 5 stars! Tried to call for refund but was placed on hold for 30mins ? please help me!

This is coming from a DoorDash employee so disregard for general customers. I find chick-fil-a has some of the worst staff for DoorDash. It takes a long long time to get acknowledged by any employee. This would be okay if someone at the register simply said “we’ll be right with you” but they all pretend you aren’t there. I walk in and someone says they’re working on it, but then another employee walks in and talks to two other dashers 5 minutes later who just walked in. The other employee hasn’t communicated I had been waiting and my order was ready on the counter. I’d appreciate more communication with team and dashers.

Great service and great food! Our order arrived quickly and everything was correct (which can be a hit or miss these days with fast food). Delicious chicken nuggets and waffle fries.
Soon we will have one in Eugene it's one of the better fast food places.
